Nothin' but greens today. I do try to follow the rules of hard mode, I just don't play using it in case it's one of those words that has like ten letters that can fill in the one missing spot, because then you're just screwed by pure chance if you choose the wrong one out of them. Ex: frank, drank, prank, clank.

Do you all consider it cheating to check a list of previous Wordle answers? I do that sometimes when I have something like that _LA_E setup since a lot of those answers have already been eliminated in the past. It doesn't feel like cheating to me, but I'm curious about other people's thoughts.

The pool of viable words is so large that looking at previous answers is hardly cheating:

According to The Free Dictionary, there are exactly 164,504 five-letter words (by the day of May 27th, 2023) you can play in word games like Scrabble, Words With Friends, Crosswords, and WordHub.

On the other hand, I think it'd be easier to cheat using @Bonedome's posts, since he seems to always use the same word as the first guess. πŸ€“
