I suppose clicking the share button is how you can permalink comments (I assume you mean this: https://kiwifarms.st/threads/the-waffle-thread.220220/post-23363977). Assuming you mean the numbers at the end of the comment (post-23363977), they will never change, as this looks to be a XenForo feature built into all forums (say I get a post from Moriya Shrine, which is another post that uses XenForo, it will use the same comment ID format as this website (https://moriyashrine.org/threads/why-do-you-like-touhou.2956/post-18468)).

I must say it's incredibly dishonorable to do something like that. It's much more satisfying rebuilding a streak over time with wit and effort rather than lying to the developer about a nonexistent screen issue.
