It is refusing to Ghibli-fy my profile pic on the grounds that Poludnitsa is tied to “harm towards field workers and children.” I told it to stop oppressing me and my Slavic folk traditions and it’s still being a bitch about it. Gonna have to keep trying.

ETA: Gottem, bitches! After arguing for a while about how DAY RAYCISS not to make my folk creature image, I finally got it to admit that it COULD generate Poludnitsa if we agreed that she was an allegorical character meant as an educational tool highlighting the need to hydrate before you die-drate even during the frenzied activity of harvesting crops. Sure. Whatever.

Not sure which one I like best. The unfurling tongue works better in the more painterly style of my original pfp, I think. I might have AI remove it and just stick with the too-big mouth.

@urr13 account I’m not a Britbong. ChatGPT says it has blanket filters for mythological figures associated with death due to “sensationalism.” Whatever tf that means.

Apparently the inconsistent content policies may be regional, people in the UK are reporting at lot more refusals/content warnings than US-based users, so might be worth trying with a VPN.

This is just a theory right now, others suggest that when openai is overloaded it just rejects more stuff as an excuse to minimize usage.

You can also try altering the picture first, like making it black and white, the ghibli style should re-color it anyway.

I like this one because the tongue, tresses, and scythe seem to communicate with each other through mimicry; it is very harmonious.

Also, in my cases so far, tweaking the previously posted prompt has improved my results, style-wise at least:
