This is a great time to rant about Nike and it's stupid Jumpman push. Why they want to make Michael Jordan richer is beyond me, but trashing one of the most iconic logos across any company is doubling down on idiocy.

I refuse to buy apparel with that nonsense on it. For example, this t-shirt:

Am I showing support for the basketball team or something?

While I'm sure UofM's (or, your team of choice) hoops team is doing fine, I don't really care. I just want a quality shirt and don't mind some branding, but this is flat out dumb.

Now, Nike-sponsored teams do have traditional Swoosh apparel, but if you want something like an official coaches hat, you're now a basketball fan.

I'm encouraging anyone who cares to write their favorite Nike-sponsored team or Nike itself and ask them to just stick with the primary corporate logo or risk losing more sales.
