The Sims community on Youtube is actively imploding as numerous content creators are leaving EA's creator network in protest to the company being sold off to the Saudis (and Trump's son-in-law, I guess). It's pretty funny to see them scramble. Some are leaving because they've built their platform on being a "progressive change for good" via The Sims (lol), while others are hunkering down and staying with EA, causing them to get a ton of shit. Apparently, if you support EA after the buyout closes you are support trannies getting their heads chopped off in the Middle East.

I'm not a fan of NotMalcolm, but his videos kind of cut to the heart of what's going on even if I don't agree with most of what he says. Well, I do agree with the fact that he calls most of "Sims Influencers" (God what a stupid term) performative fakes. If you can stand his voice and grandstanding, the videos are kind of interesting.

The Saudi buyout is teaching millenials and zoomers that islam is dogshit, and that's kinda cool.
True, even if they’re realizing it for a dumb reason, at least they’re realizing it. Better that than nothing, I guess.
