Been taking kratom semi regularly for years now. Does great with anxiety and depression and gives you a nice mood boost.

I HATE the constipation that comes with it though, so I cant take it too much.

They call it urine therapy. From what I remember reading from some article, the kidneys will filter out all the bad stuff and all your left with is vitamins or whatever which you can re introduce to your body via drinking it. The article mentions the best time to drink it to be in the morning after waking up. It also mentions that you shouldn't drink urine if your taking drugs, prescription or whatever else you might be on or if your diet is real bad like you're eating too much goyslop.
YOU PISS IT OUT BECAUSE THAT IS THE WASTE, RETARD

I've found CBD incredibly helpful for hypertension, and I like that it doesn't produce a high, so it is something I can take in my daily life. THC itself seems to have a dual effect on my BP, raising it in the short term while lowering it ~30 minutes later. However, I don't like being high all of the time, and its not super great for the heart either.*

NAC has done wonders for my vaping addiction. Two weeks of abstinence. It blocks the effect of nicotine while also reducing cravings. I don't know how safe it is on a daily basis though.

PS, microdosing shrooms did wonders for depression, though due to its effects on BP I will be refraining for the foreseeable future.

*For normal people this isn't a problem if you aren't smoking it all the time, but I have other heart issues and don't want to push my luck.

I've had issues with both alcoholism and binge eating in the past. The alcohol problem is squared away, and I haven't binged in eight years (after several years binge-free before that), but god damn, the "food noise" in my head has never gone away. Apparently, GLP-1s take care of that, but I'm not a fatty or a diabetic, and an leery of the side effects.

The solution? Nicotine. I don't smoke or vape, but instead use nicotine lozenges I buy in bulk packs at Costco (10 tubes of 27 lozenges each for ~US$60, which is like six packs of cigs here), and they've been working like a charm at silencing the "food noise." I dissolve a 4mg lozenge under my tongue first thing in the morning, and use 2mg lozenges as needed through the day, then another 4mg at night before bed, and holy shit, it works. I don't think about food at all now unless I'm actually hungry.

The completely unexpected side benefit is that they help me concentrate better; I have unmedicated ADHD (Inattentive type), and while I've developed a bunch of coping strategies and work-arounds over the years, I still have problems with focus, and some times are much worse than others. Nicotine has made a noticeable improvement in that. It hasn't completely solved the problem, but improved it enough so I can function. I've considered upping the dosage the next time my crackmonkey brain is swinging from the chandeliers, just to see if there's further benefit, but it's already helped a lot with my usual background level of scatteredness.

Unironically I wonder if the prior acceptance of cigarettes was unknowingly treating people who had ADHD and helping them be hyper focused.
