I remember the one about Grampa driving and eventually Branson but I don't think I've ever seen the one about Bart and the movie cowboy. My dad is a big nerd for old b western shit so it would have stood out.

The one made shortly after where everyone in the family but homer is an embarrassment at Mr burns party. It's so odd to see Marge be the one to get sauced and make a fool of herself, and Homer is the responsible one trying to make the family behave like a normal family.

That's because early on in the show's conception they intended to have Marge being drunk and irresponsible with Homer as the voice of reason, but they quickly shifted their roles.
