Gotta love that cold dead animation, laziest possible "jokes" and overall lateness to the whole pathetic thing. Modern day Simpsons is like boogie on tiktok, desperately trying to cling to relevance by marketing itself to a whole new generation of people who don't care. The best part is the hacks at the avclub will probably give this episode a b+ because that seems to be the lowest grade their corporate taskmasters allow them to give any episode of The Simpsons, no matter how wretched. Also they'll probably call it "fitfully funny" because that's their go-to every fucking time.
 
Just remember this is the same show that did an episode on Lost two years after it ended.

I mean they can, it's just that the line's been set so low that it'll take a while before they can actually meet that.

You say this as if that hadn't been the plan from day one. Half of them sound dead already and the rest are lazily reading off a script by phone. I doubt replacing the overpriced va's with an AI isn't already in the pipeline and will be enacted the next time the cast tries to negotiate their salaries.
 
Anybody seen it? Zombie Simpsons is doing a superhero parody, and I'm betting they completely forgot Radioactive Man and Fallout Boy exist.

I just think of Zombie Simpsons as a different show that I don't care for. Like I said, to me The Simpsons ended with Thirty Minutes Over Tokyo, or at latest, Behind The Laughter.

If your owned by disney why do you need the parody. I get that they are late to the game but they have the mouse owning them this time. Why would they not just use the charachters since Disney can't sue disney.

No wonder the parody is so bad, imagine the hoops they had to go through to get their higher ups to agree to it.
