I am so nervous about tonight, this is the game that proves whether my Seahawks are for real or fraudulent.
Man I hope we go into Pontiac Stadium or wherever and fucking embarrass Detroit, but knowing us it's going to be a D1 college-level shootout and Hutchinson is just going to body Geno all night because we have Stone Forsythe playing right tackle.

It's comical how much he regressed to the point of being a meme quarterback after that, he was in the fucking MVP discussion that year which is so funny to think about knowing where his career went. I remember the hype around him in Philly that season, stores with "Wentzlvania" signs, the whole nine yards. And who has the statue outside the Linc? His backup lol. Years from now Philadelphians will still be nostalgic about Nick Foles, who outside of that SB, and few flashes of greatness, was also kind of a mediocre player (But god danm I still love him). Grand stroke of poetic irony that Wentz' legacy will be the eternal bridge/backup QB.
Nick Foles was possessed by the spirit of Jeff Hostetler's glorious mustache for that magical Super Bowl win, and you can't convince me otherwise.

I do have some fears about the Lions going into this game. Goff has some issues when it comes to execution, not to mention our play calling can be a tough issue. Sea hawks have always been an issue for the lions. We'll see what happens

The Black uniforms look sick as fuck. The blue helmets look a lot lighter in the promotional photos but they look great on the field. I gotta pick up a black Hutchinson Jersey.

I believe I sperged about it when they came out: I normally despise black uniforms, especially on teams that don't have black in their main colors. I do like how the Detroit blue looks on the black however. The black lion is also sick, and Detroit used to have black piping for a while.

Us and Detroit can be beating each other to pieces and the broadcasters will still find ways to sperg out about the Chiefs
I fucking hate being in a middling media market

EDIT: this is going to be one of those games where farting in Aidan Hutchinson's general direction draws laundry isn't it

We don't have an obvious star edge rusher but I am fucking loving the pass rush by committee thing we have going right now
Our offense seriously needs to step up, the defense is doing what it can but Geno's lasered like one dart over a corner and that's it.

The Chiefs can't keep this up forever. Mahomes hasn't been looking great and their barely skirting out wins against teams that aren't very good, just lost one of their WR's for the season, etc etc. When do y'all predict they'll fall off? I think at most by week 8 it'll be evident. Not even being biased but the Vikings are the number one team right now, and I don't think it's even close.

Can the Sea Chickens figure this shit out? God this game is pissing me off

Just like during the times of NE and Brady, until the Chiefs are knocked out of the playoffs, I refuse to predict their downfall at anytime during the season to avoid being disappointed

Geno coming in hot with a dump off pass to a tight end you have literally never heard of before
Even got Detroit's defense getting chippy about penalties, good times

EDIT: taking the touchback, fucking cowards
Editer: you cannot let Davis fucking Montgomery get that kind of yardage off of you ISTG
Editest: are you fucking kidding me, letting Goff pull a Nick Foles what the absolute shit
Even more edit: I think Carlton Davis might actually punch out a ref before this game is over, man is TILTED right now

Did anybody see that kid that was freaking out when he jumped into the stands lmao. She had genuine concern on her face like he wasn't supposed to go into the stands.

If I'm the Dolphins GM, I'm calling up the Jaggies and asking what do they want for Trevor Lawrence. Do you want draft picks? Money? A laundry machine? A car? Anything to save the Dolphins from sub-par QB play. It's not like the Jaggies are going to miss Trevor either.
They just handed TLaw 275 million dollars, the Dolphins will get Macorkle Jones and be happy about it

Also the Seahawks offensive line is completely fraudulent, I miss the 00's. K9 would have nonstop 1500+ yard seasons with that line blocking for him.
