I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but how did the Giants look at DJ's production, Saquon's production, and their draft spot and say "Yup, gotta make sure we keep Daniel Jones happy". Saquon being the free agency steal of the century aside, how are you that early in the draft with QB that's shown time and time again to not be up to the job, to the point he's been shown up by every one of his backups, and go "Well we gotta get this weapon for Danny, Nabers is the piece of the puzzle that's been missing all this time".
working on the current theory that you don't pay a running back unless their name was McCaffrey or Henry (at the time). They saw other teams letting production go only to bring in another back and get serviceable production so they didn't have to spend that money.

Darnold has gotten so much better at manipulating the pocket. It's such an underrated part of being a good QB.
Some of his dancing is good enough to remind me of Eli Manning at his best. Meanwhile Burrow's getting burned by his own poor ability at doing it.

EDIT: Also both Jacksonville and Atlanta's DCs are getting exposed, because it should not be that easy to reliably open up huge holes in the middle. They've got their linebackers so scared about being beaten outside the hash marks that they're instead getting got inside them. I get that both teams lack a real star cornerback but their rooms aren't THAT bad that the will and mike keep having to cover for them.

Even with ref assistance Baker, Godwin and Evans are dragging their nuts all over this Eagles defense.
I don't normally think of Philly as a prototypical cold weather team but they are melting in a 95 degree Florida day.
It's insane, they were performing great last week in NO, and are completely shitting the bed rn, unbeliveable bad. At least this turns up the temperature on the hot seat for Sirriani.

well RIP Tyler Badie, when they bust out the stretcher and neck brace instead of just pumping them full of Toradol you know shit's gone south.
EDIT: What a fucking tipped interception by Atlanta. That was awesome

This Saints-Falcons game is fun. Great play by Matthew Judon to deflect a pass by Derek Carr which wound up in the hands of Troy Andersen who took it all the way back for a pick-six.

Meanwhile, Anthony Richardson is hurt again and Joe Flacco is now in the game for Indy.

Jesus Christ, what was that tackle form? Evero is going to flense someone.

Who's idea was it to have the Eagles wear their dark as hell home jersey in sunny 95 degree weather? These guys are dying out there.

I had a knew that the Packers kicking situation was bad going into the season... but I'm about to go out and kidnap a kicker that can hit routine field goals.
Pretty sure that one spic nerd with the lego collection is available
EDIT: It took until 2/3rds of the way through the second quarter for Philly to get a first down, I don't know if Howie is going to tolerate Sirianni sacrificing his coordinators again to explain this mess.

Philly offense now taking their frustration about not being able to put anything together by trying to kill somebody on the chain gang.
