Hang Sirriani, Fangio to the gas chamber, waterboard Jurgens. Fuck all of the penalties and shitty play calls that cost us this game.

Edit: Okay at least Kirk throwing >225 means I broke even

Edit 2: Worst of all, Nick Foles had to watch all
of that play out

I am genuinely unsure whether to back off from my old man Kirk Cousins take with that Falcons run game or place the Eagles on the same fraudulent tier the Cowboys usually occupy.
The Dennis Allen, 2024, cap hell Saints might actually go 3-0 to start this season

Nah, fuck it, let us tank early and finally get rid of that wop Sirriani by the end of this season and hire a coach that our franchise QB can actually work with Bill Belichick?. The roster's good enough for the next few years to survive blowing it bad enough to get rid of him this year.

The whole NFC East seems to be a contest as to who can suck the most this year. How much did Jerryworld pay Dak, again? Commies to win the Division!

At least the AFC South has Houston. 🤷‍♂️
If they send a sub .500 team to the postseason again it would actually be the funniest thing

Of course I ragequit the game and we won jokes on me
You guys balled out way harder than you had any right to. Was more right than I knew when I said it would be a nail-biter, just didn't think I'd be left crying over the result. Enjoy the NFC South Renaissance, gonna go back to sulking over Philly's amazing ability to fucking blow it.

Just beat me to it. Can't say I blame them, but Bryce Young's confidence has got to totally be ruined at this point. Great way to waste a #1 pick Carolina.
Good move, he was bad to the point that if Panthers kept him in they'd simply lose the locker room. It's an insult to coaches and the 52 other players on the team when they can't even be evaluated due to dogshit useless QB play.

lol the Redskins were the only winners in the NFC East this week (and it was probably because they were against an even worse NFC East team).

The Eagles kind of showed me who they are as a team tonight. They looked strong last week against a Green Bay without their starting QB and in Brazil. I was pretty shocked to see Barkley get shut down as hard as he was tonight in particular.

The Cowboys got hilariously bitch slapped by the Saints ... The Cowboys looked like the Cowboys in December this week. lol.

NFC East? More like NFC Least, from the looks of it ...

Jesus Christ, my bench almost outscored my starters this week. I should probably start paying attention to these match ups...
This is part of the reason why I don't partake in Fantasy Football anymore. It drove me nuts!

(And, also, it was hard for me to root for players that I hate to do well because of freakin' fantasy football lol)

Love was in the entire Brazil game except for the last 2 plays. Both teams put up over 400 yards of offense. Eagles looked much better than tonight, and Brazil was played on a slip & slide for a field.

With those field conditions, that isn't a good indication of the quality of either team, really. Those are insanely irregular elements for an NFL game. That's not the first time that's happened in an overseas game as well, unfortunately (I can't believe there haven't been more significant injuries in those games, btw).

I admittedly did not see any of that game, as I wasn't around to watch it. All I heard was that the field sparked outrage from NFL fans because of the hazardous conditions and that Love got injured ... Wasn't aware it was the final 2 plays of the game, so my bad.

The fucking Redmanders are in First in the NFC East, and they didn’t even score a touchdown this week. Fucking Kek.

I love Football, and feel bad for Giants fans. I’ll be joining them on the couch at like, Week 9, but I’m going to just enjoy this while it lasts.

I was born into an Arizona Cardinals family. I got into football as an adult, and now for years I have been disappointed in every decision the management and coaches make. I have been looking for an out and trying to find a new team to root for, without feeling like a poser. Then, this year, the Cardinals are actually looking pretty good. If the past is to be believed, they will fuck it all up before the playoffs.

Has anyone here switched teams? How did you pick one. I'm kind of leaning toward Buffalo because I love their fans, uniforms, players, and plays. I just want a team that's actually involved in the discussion , Arizona has always had 0 identity and Stockholm syndrome fans.

Bears fan since the SNL skits and Devin Hester getting a return TD in the Super Bowl. Bad choice, I know. You always stick with the team you pick first, but enjoy the rise of other dogshit franchises for a season or two, root for the underdog to blow up. I've rooted for the Browns, Bills, and Bengals as a side team just to see them try and prosper. Hell, I'm not even mad at the Lions for turning things around. Enjoy the game, root for your team no matter how dogshit they are, and enjoy the chaos when a bad team does good. That's my philosophy at least. Fuck the Packers though.

Usually, most folks will stick with one team. though side hoes are a thing I have seen. I don't care what teams people will root for. Everyone has their reasons. Most people grow up in households where their families have effectively raised generations of children rooting for teams. Others get into the sport and just find whatever team that has a cool logo or uni that speaks to them. For me, I have been in a Lion household. So naturally when my stoner buds got me into football, my Lions fan in me started to grow. There are points where I have rooted for the Rams, dolphins, and even the Texans. I have seen some people root for a team just because they really like one player, and when that player leaves for a new team their fandom follows, some people respect it others don't. The point is generally speaking unless the team or org has done something to really throw you off. Stick to your team. Be consistent.

YouTuber Tom Grossi has said his reason why he is a fan of the Packers comes from a game where the Packers and his father's team the Cowboys played. Where the Packers won. Tom said that he had been hooked on them since.

The one thing, that most people on here will tell you. Do not bandwagon. Don't just root for the Chiefs because they're the best team in the league. that's easy to do. Or whatever team has the hot hand. You'll lose respect fast and it's hard to get that back in football fandom. As it's rightly so. DO NOT BANDWAGON pussy stick to your team.

Sub .500 teams beating a respectable wildcard opponent in the playoffs is what the NFL is about.

Not permanently, but when the Chargers don't make the playoffs, I just pick a random team to root for. If said team then loses , I just become impartial.

Been a Chargers fan since I can remember . mainly to watch football with my dad, who became a fan of them because they had "the coolest looking jerseys in the catalog".
