The Mueller Report
Well, it looks like we finally made it to the end of the line. To everyone who thought the Mueller report would drag on indefinitely: Take a sigh of relief. To everyone who thought the Mueller report would wind up resulting in impeachment proceedings: Sorry to disappoint, but that was never going to happen in the first place. In any event, we've made it to the end and somehow managed to avoid setting the country completely on fire, so that alone is worth a drink.

Seeing as how this is going to be THE most-spun political document since the fucking Clinton impeachment hearings, I'm not going to link to any articles about it. I don't care who has to say what about the Mueller report, be it FOX, MSNBC, CNN, or even smaller outlets like the Epoch Times. Everyone is going to spin this, so all I'm going to do is pore over the report and bring anything interesting to the fore, just like I did with the OIG Report on the Handling of the Clinton Email Investigation.

Yet again: The best advice I can offer is to read this yourself, but I don't expect everyone to do that because it's four-hundred fucking pages long. If you do not see a direct link to the information someone is quoting from this report so you can read the quote yourself, I'd advise disregarding it. If I do not directly quote something from the report and provide an easy way for you to look up the page for yourself, disregard it.

If you need an extremely-abridged TL;DR, I'll include one in the spoiler below. For everyone else: Buckle up, because I'm about to bore your fucking socks off.

(Pg. 138 & 139) Stop saying "biggest black caviar jar", it's weirding me out.

So supposedly China, Russia, Iran all possibly infiltrated her email server. Clinton in all her hubris as a Clinton and being Secretary of State, which has know security protocols, committed such an egregious breach of security protocol which allowed various foreign agencies a way in and access to sensitive information. Now if they got access to that email server, that's a potential weak point to SIPRNet (one of the secure networks that the DoD and the US State Department uses to talk to each other and transmit classified information) and the whole Defense Information System Network, if they could sneak anything malicious into it through her server and get it passed on who knows what else has been accessed. I hope they did a full analysis of those networks because this dumb cunt thought security protocols don't apply to her, and no one thought this breach through and let her get away with it.

I've always been meh on the Clintons, they've been getting away with shit since like almost my whole life, like "oh just a Clinton doing Clinton things", but man fuck that bullshit. Any other government employee would had their pension removed, put on trial for negligence at a minimum and the rest of their life ruined.

We'll see if she gets away with it. Barr seems to have a raging hard-on for her and the DoJ that covered up her criminal activity.

I'd really like to see them both behind bars.

Reaction from Kremlin:

Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov says "First we have to flip through the document to find out if there is anything worth analyzing it".

I hope so, but not to get too far off topic, to expound on my previous statement, here is how something like this could work. Now say a government worker has to do some work from home, they are issued a laptop, these laptops, at least up to 5 years ago contained an ID scanner and an optional fingerprint scanner. And that's just basic low level government employee, higher on the ranks, possibly even more security in case of theft, etc. Now this laptop has to connect to regular internet, the employee then uses a secure tunneling program to securely log into the government network to do their work, get emails etc.

So say she has one of these laptops at home, she then checks her email from her local server and then tunnels into one of the secure networks, that's their opening. Anything malicious on her server now has an opening to whatever else she was doing through that laptop, anything could have happened from her being screen captured, or sent files from that email server to secure servers and so on. It would had been less of a security breach if she was just leaving classified files out in public, that's how big this is, and short sighted idiots reduced it to a "but her emails" as a way to simplify the argument of their queen doing bad things.

that's not how equipment with access to classified shit works.

I think this push on the "I'm fucked" line may backfire for the democrats and their talking heads as anyone who reads the rest of that sentence can readily see that's he's talking about the effect of the special council on his presidency and not the tact admission of guilt they are playing it as.

But then again most lefties already want Trump dead just for being Trump so facts and context mean exactly jack and shit to them anyway

(Vol. II, Pg. 23) Even the Special Counsel refers to the Steele Dossier as "unverified." Strangely enough, that's the only reference I've found to it so far, and we're on 237 of the 448-page document now. This thing got really boring for the last 100 pages or so. Did this seriously cost $25,000,000? There's like nothing in here so far that we didn't already know, and the redactions have been pretty damned minimal so far.

The main redactions are in the appendices.

At this point and until 2020 elections, anything the Democrats do is like the bloody puddle of what is left of the horse, and then emptying a drum of shotgun shells through an automatic onto it. Even Democrats are sick enough of the Democrats.

Just a reminder that Libtards will not accept any statistics, until they are correct for their worldview.

You know, I was really expecting this swing in the pendulum - from Obama Birthers to Liberals going completely batshit - but I just never expected it to swing this fast. Wew.

At this point the media hysteria over memes and how they hold mystic and world changing powers is quite possibly the single stupidest fucking concept that has EVER been entertained and believed by the mainstream media in world history.

Seriously, point me out a time when media chucklefucks said something more fucktarded than "MAYME MAGIC IS REAL AND DRUMPFF USED IT TO BECOME PRESIDENT AND SMITE HIS ENEMIES!!!" because frankly even fucking north korean propaganda about how the dear leader never shits isnt this bad
Innocent people also don't need guns, but can't win a war without them.

This whole shitstorm is proving quite amazing so far. I've seen people actually convinced this will lead to something, it's glorious.

Just thumbing through the report quickly I'd be willing to bet upwards of 98% of it is unredacted. Even Chuck Schumer said it should be released in "the most complete version it can be" and I think this is what that looks like.

that's not how equipment with access to classified shit works.

Even if she isn't accessing classified data, she could still telework from a remote location, still giving opening to those networks she accessed.

While it is true that low level government employees can not telework from home if handling classified materials, that rule is completely at the discretion of head of the agency they work for and if the material is inappropriate for telework. Clinton was the Secretary of State, which is the head of the State Department. If she's nonchalant about having a server at home for government work, well I'll just leave it at that.

Brian Pagliano the guy that set up her server, was even hired by the State Department for working with mobile computing and teleworking. The dude plead the fifth like 100+ times. . Hell, it wasn't even until 2011 after the Manning fiasco that Obama issued an executive order to tighten security on networks. She started this in 2009, when Bryan Pagliano was doing the email server shit.

Also, this is a snippet of government regulations requiring telework and classified docs.

5 U.S. Code § 6502.Executive agencies telework requirement

(b) Participation.—The policy described under subsection (a) shall—
(1) ensure that telework does not diminish employee performance or agency operations;
(2) require a written agreement that—
(A) is entered into between an agency manager and an employee authorized to telework, that outlines the specific work arrangement that is agreed to; and
(B) is mandatory in order for any employee to participate in telework;

(3) provide that an employee may not be authorized to telework if the performance of that employee does not comply with the terms of the written agreement between the agency manager and that employee;
(4) except in emergency situations as determined by the head of an agency, not apply to any employee of the agency whose official duties require on a daily basis (every work day)—
(A) direct handling of secure materials determined to be inappropriate for telework by the agency head; or

(B) on-site activity that cannot be handled remotely or at an alternate worksite; and

(5) be incorporated as part of the continuity of operations plans of the agency in the event of an emergency.
