For extra context - India's fuel problems are so dire that country is actively deindustrializing (before it even fully industrialized) because the cost of living in the cities has become so high that the workers are just fucking off back to the countryside. Since infra is so bad (no stable electricity), most Indians are only able to cook by using devices that run on Liquefied Petroleum Gas which means that the skyrocketing oil prices have rendered Indians unable to actually feed themselves.

My father is in the hospital.
He is in his late 70's so this happens from time to time.
However there has been a jeet-splosion among the nurses.
So far none of them have stank and they all kind of sort of seem to know what they are doing.
I think they are copying the doctor's playbook where the first docs from india were not all that bad.
Once people let their guard down they sent the worst of the worst.
I think these jeetas are the first wave, the tip of a poo covered spear if you will.
I shudder to think what abominations await us in the next few years.

Again, my question is why here?

2 years ago there were none and now they seem to be 20% to 25% of the nursing staff.

I'll say there's a variety of things happening. There's the labor angle which is increasingly relevant as use of these visas explodes but there's also the ideological angle. Many jeets are hindutva supremacist types who look down on non-hindu people and are only too happy to sell out and lick their boss's asshole for an extra buck. Their entire ethos is antithetical to lefty ideals and so the prog-left "be intolerant of intolerance" programming kicks in which causes them to rapidly become acceptable targets.

I had a lovely jeeta nurse while I was in the hospital with my last birth. However, I have never had a stellar experience with a jeet doctor. Reading your story, I wonder if jeet doctors display more of the jeet arrogance we see in this thread because they are in a position of power, meanwhile jeet nurses are in a more subordinate position (for the record, I don't view nurses this way, but I can see jeets thinking like this).

I worked in tech for a long time with Indians, but it was almost entirely Indian women. It wasn't until I had to deal with the men that I became a raging jeet hater. I still don't think the women should be here but they're infinitely more tolerable to interact with than the men.
