The Lynn/Becker report isn't one test being administered across all nations, it's a metastudy that used existing test results from other researchers. Nepal gets a special call out off the back of their source data for that region being extrapolated from a nutritional survey that happened to do some intelligence testing as well (I think? I only did some minimal research into it). Likely the testing done by those researchers was inadequately conducted and/or they made mistakes when recording the results and/or their sample was entirely comprised of super retards.Why is Lynn/Becker so different? It can't be that it just doesn't translate well.
