Side note on Nepalis. As a mountain people with an honour based warrior culture I think they have more of a claim to being respectable race than any jeet. They have probably killed an innumerable amount of jeets during their service under the British suppressing India. They should stay in Nepal but I think the natural barriers saved them from the worst aspects of south asian cultures.
It's scary to think you need an Associates Degree to know to do crop rotation. I'm pretty sure crop rotation has existed for over a century. Before white people tried growing different crops in used fields they'd let the fields rest for a season to built up nutrients again.

Less than 60 is at the levels when an individual is so retarded they can barely speak and can not live independently, like they can't even clean themselves. That number has to be off. There are a lot of temples in Nepal. If the average Nepal was 40 IQ, then they wouldn't even be able to learn to write let alone do carpentry or build a shack. That number can't be accurate.

Yeah I googled it and it's not true, the IQ of 42 is not derived from IQ tests, but from nutritional information about the population of rural areas, which has little to do with IQ, it would be like saying that Americans are on average 9ft tall because they consume so many calories.
That is 100% some kind of methodological or technical error. Below 70 is moderate impairment (downies that can be left unsupervised and usually be fine for a little while, Adil from Uttar Pradesh, etc.), 40-50 is severely impaired and would typically require full-time care, any lower than that and you hit reliability issues with the test itself. Someone fucked up their math somewhere.
That site hosts a few different figures, the 97 is taken from results posted to International IQ Test, which is itself highly flawed as an instrument given its complete reliance on Raven's matrices (which are typically only part of an IQ test).
There are also notes in the report that talk about concerns with the quality and validity of the source data used to derive the figure.Richard Lynn said:
