India was a socialist country with most industries nationalized until the 90s. It's literally in their constitution too

I’d hazard a guess that it’s to do with spawning big families that require free education, food, transport etc, plus expensive post crime incarceration, particularly in nordic countries with those fancy modern prisons.

true, i suppose i can see a whole family of lightbulb heads racking up a million in gibs like that, but the fact that the average somalian individual (i assume thats what the chart meant) is hitting those numbers after only a decade-ish of this migration crisis is staggering. them niggas livin phat.

Again, the chart doesn't just show how much cash in hand a single bulbhead gets, it shows the total cost that he racks up for merely being alive to the society that has done the terrible mistake of letting him in. The costliest thing is probably the insane violent crime rate of the average bulbhead. If a bulbhead commits a crime for example, all the costs of apprehending him, keeping him in jail, the court case and then keeping him in prison get added up. On a more day-to-day basis, the bulbhead probably gets free accommodation, free healthcare, free food, gets to ride free on public transport, has to attend free "integration classes" etc. All the costs of making all this happen and the cost of paying employees who have to tardwrangle him, cook his food, drive him around get factored in. The bulbhead could only be getting like $5k a year in cash from the state, it's EVERYTHING ELSE which makes just having a single bulbhead around so costly.
