India IS the sex trafficking capital of the world.
No saaar is Dalit making us look bad! Nooooooooo
Caste plays a significant role in driving trafficking in India, especially among lower-caste communities. Dalits, historically oppressed and marginalized by upper castes, face systemic challenges such as untouchability, limited inheritance rights, occupational marginalization, and restricted access to education. Dalit girls, positioned at the intersection of caste and gender, face heightened risks of sexual violence and exploitation -Dr. Arun Kumar Acharya
It is estimated that thousands of Indian girls are forced to enter the commercial sex industry (CSI) because of caste-membership (Bhattarcharya, 2019) and of which, according to Joffres et al. (2008, “comprises socially (if not legally) accepted forms of religious and tribal prostitution”.2 Such is the case for girls of many Indian castes (e.g., Nat, Devadasi, Perna; Black, 2007) including the Bedia. Cornered by caste and gender discrimination, and lack of education, which create and maintain severely restricted economic opportunities. -Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Mumbai, India
there is endless amounts of written and observed research on the topic of caste based sexual exploitation.
Untouchable unless its rape hour in Mumbai, then it’s all fine.
So, we know jeets are rape prone little villains. You, the reader, have some idea. But do you know the extent?
India recorded 31,677 rape cases, an average of 86 daily. This high number of incidents often leads to a prominent focus in global narratives in 2022. Attacks peaked at nearly 39,000 in 2016. In 2018, on average one woman reported a rape
every 15 minutes across the country, according to a government report.
Imagine the amount of NON REPORTED rapes. The national crime records bureau maintains a statistic that 79% of all rapes never get reported.
Conviction rates for rape ranged between 27%-28% from 2018-2022, according to NCRB data.
India’s 28 states and eight union territories had primary responsibility to investigate and prosecute trafficking crimes. Overall anti-trafficking law enforcement efforts across the country, especially against bonded labor, remained inadequate compared to the scale of the problem. The National Crime and Records Bureau issued its 2022 Crime in India Report. In 2022, the government reported investigation of 2,250 trafficking cases under the IPC, compared with 2,189 trafficking cases in 2021. The government did not report what sections of the IPC were included in these statistics. The government prosecuted more trafficking cases in 2022 compared with 2021. In 2022, the government completed prosecution in 676 trafficking cases, convicted 204 traffickers in 131 cases, and acquitted 1,134 suspects in 545 cases. The acquittal rate for trafficking cases was 81 percent.
HMMM, let’s see the reporting methods.
The POCSO is the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act
Shocker. 11% conviction rate in the area of goalpara. How is it this bad? The conviction rate as a country is god fucking awful. You’d almost believe rape and molesting children are legal here! Let’s investigate.
Well, for one thing, jeets don’t believe in forensic science yet.
The mongrels don’t have the want or the care to evolve their legal framework, training, equipment, or culture, because if they start holding them selves accountable in anyway they can’t marry and fuck 10 year olds.
That and their hilariously low average IQ collectively.
Well…Marital rape is
LEGAL in India.
“Sexual intercourse or sexual acts by a man with his own wife, the wife not being under fifteen years of age, is not rape.”
Sexual coercion by intimate partner was highly prevalent, Nearly 1 In 3 Women Have Suffered Spousal Sexual, Physical Violence
-Family Health Survey
How many of those are little kids?
What we do know, when it comes to kids, is child marriage is alive and well.
Status of child marriage in India
The cultural practice is referred to as Gauna
More than 40% of the world’s child marriages take place in India. Almost half of all girls here marry before the age of 18 years; 47% of women aged 20 to 24 were married before age 18.
In some states, however, child marriage prevalence still exceeds 60% of the country with the highest rates found in Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh. The problem is worse in rural India as compared to urban areas, with 56 and 29% prevalence respectively.
The study presents key findings from India, where the study was conducted in Bikaner district in
Rajasthan.
That shithole seems to come up a lot in my research on regards to general jeet fuckery.
Most child brides are 14 to 16 years old
Most of the respondents said that marriages often take place when girls are aged between 14 and 16 years of age and extremely few girls are married after they turn 18.
“MOST” they are married
as young as 10 in some cases.
TL;DR So what are we taking away here.
Disenfranchised, poor children, born into a satanic social hierarchy’s, are rape toys for low IQ mongrel jeet men, because it’s a historical culture event, it’s legal, even though it’s complicated, and the events they are complicated enough to be illegal even by their own standards, won’t be reported properly because of substandard reporting methods, a court system that could give a fuck, and police who participate as well.
Areas of their “rural” communities are so isolated they are vaguely aware of other people looking into it in the first place.
And our
LEADERSHIP in western countries believes we need them to come save us from certain economic doom. There just isn’t another way goyi- I mean guys!
ACTUAL
TL;DR jeets rape kids legally and illegally, and it’s barely noticeable which it is.
