It sounds like the people in those countries should make their voices heard that they don’t want to import the entire third world into their neighborhood, but that’s just me.

Not that that will happen and the noticers will likely be put in prison, but it just goes to show you that democracy is performative and these countries literally fucking hate their citizens.

I can't really see it collapsing. Windows, Youtube, Discord etc are just way too monopolizing to fall. If Tumblr is still up and running then I cannot see Windows shutting down any time soon.

And even if they collapse, then the Jeets in the UN could just patent website hosting or even turn website hosting and computing into a subscription service so the only thing you will see are MSM or AI content farms. Internet communications will simply go to the Dodo and the Internet would literally become like TV. Things will not get better if they collapse, it will likely just get worse.
 
Windows (and MS as a whole) will never go away so long as the US Government forces agencies to use it (and more importantly, spend billions on Azure costs). Though some agencies permit usage of Macbooks, Windows, Azure, Azure AD/Entra, Teams, and o365 will always be here to stay.
