What the fuck is with India and just walking around on food barefoot?

You go to Haiti or Togo and it's relatively clean. They use tables or large baskets to elevate organic produce off the fucking dirt. They wear shoes. They sweep up the detritus of life around them.

There's no street view in Haiti, but I encourage you all to look up photos of Citi Soleil in Port Au Prince. It's poorest, shittiest, most violent place in Haiti and yet somehow their trash piles look more organised and cleaner than even those in the "wealthy" Indian suburbs.
