I read the studies that Calhouns made and none of them showed that(he made an insane amount of studies, that are all focused on rat population)

A population of rapist rats that follow a female rat everywhere is the closest thing to pajeets in these studies.

What happened is study 102(the famous one) is that a group of rat that he called "the beautiful ones" showed up.

Not to let my nerd out too hard but it's called "The Prime Directive" not directive one, and it was the universal principal of non-interference, not non-contact.

You could interact with primitive pre-warp societies, just not in any way that would alter their natural development. So no handing out ray-guns or cures for cancer, and if they still thought the planet was flat and aliens don't exist then you couldn't tell them otherwise.

There are multiple points across the various shows where a species is aware of the federation and even communicate with them, but are barred from joining them because they aren't advanced enough socially and/or technologically yet. A society needed to achieve, at minimum, warp-1 space travel before they were even considered for Federation membership, as simply giving them the technology all at once would send them into developmental shock, essentially. It'd be like giving cavemen nuclear bombs.

Usually the best way to not interfere was indeed not contacting them to begin with, but that's not a set in stone rule.

The best way to deal with Izzat is to just be aware of it and assume that any Jeets you meet are not only out to scam you, but are willing to play the victim to do so.

The big issue wasn't that they weren't mating and having offspring. The issue was that females weren't caring for their offspring at all. No grooming, no feeding, no protection, ect. They would give birth, then walk off and leave the babies where they landed. Infant mortality was 100%.

At first it was by choice as they would rather eat constantly and groom each other instead. But after a couple generations, it was because they had completely lost the instincts that told them how to.

It's the reason I laugh at anyone fear mongering about chinks taking over the world. They're like a horde-mode video game; you just have to wait out the timer. They have a present fertility rate of 1.0. Each generation is literally half the size of the last. In two generations they'll lose 75% of their population. The median age in China is 40. They'll be hitting retirement in only 25 years to be replaced by successively smaller generations. By the end of the century, China is expected to have maybe 500 million people, most of whom will be elderly unless their demographics change asap.

India however has a TFR of about 2. Even if they stop growing, they'll be a locust swarm for centuries to come. Best to put an end to them asap.
