Yes, Title VII expressly forbids employers from discriminating based on national origin.
I’m sure all these tech giants will really appreciate these retarded jeets getting them embroiled in lawsuits because the jeet needed to “own MAGA.”. Especially as those companies are trying to curry favour with MAGA and navigate a less than friendly political environment.
Truly these people are elite human capital which America would be doomed without.

This is EXACTLY what they do, they wait 3-4 weeks and hope there are new people in the thread who don't remember or know them, come back and dump a brown wall of text bomb, then don't read the replies and they don't read how it didn't work and nobody cared. They think this works but it doesn't lol.

Again we have had jeets do this before but he's been the worst in terms of he keeps trying it.

They weren't until recently. I have feelers on the ground from old jobs and a lot of the tech c-suite people seem to be scared shitless of what the Trump admin will do to them if they don't get their immigrant labor addiction under control. Big problem right now is middle-managers, many of whom are themselves NRIs, who are gnashing their teeth at not being able to funnel an endless supply of their coethnics into the country. I get the sense that upper management at a lot of places hadn't really realized just how bad things on the ground had gotten with Indian nepotism over the last decade.

Of course, the bluster is that they'll just outsource but the problem with that is that every country is cracking down on tech and nowhere else is going to let them operate as freely (or protect their intellectual property as fiercely) as the US will.

Jeets have been working in China since the 90s. I've worked with some.
And yeah, they're not that bright despite all the "credentials". Some are good but most are easily replaced by a local with a basic bitch Chinese university degree. Their need to engage in gay workplace politics is what puts most people off since Chinese workers are known as cucked and subservient, and we're all used to abusing the poor interns and newbies.
