Right, gather round. Time for a fun NZ history lesson/peek into the enduring retardation of our ruling classes. I've gone over this before in this thread, but
It's been most pronounced since the GFC of 08 and possibly before, our governments (either red or blue neo-liberal globohomo parasite) have been interested chiefly in making the line go up, and padding their CV's so they can fail upwards into governance roles where they continue to fuck up everything they touch.
Now instead of doing this the normal way where we innovate and attempt to technologically expand, or the boring way where we produce some of the worlds best agriculture we decided to instead as a nation (well actually John Key decided it) but we chose instead to just import a million people. It was awesome, asset prices went up and wages stayed stagnant and we got a whole bunch of indians, chinese and various europeans. We got a slight reprieve over the covid lockdowns as bad as they were and then due to the slightly more pronounced retardation of the Labour Government, we lost a bunch of health staff (vaccine mandates and pay freezes) who fucked off to Australia and employers whining about actually having to pay people.
So we then got even more jeets.
The current National government, was then elected (barely) and then set about trying to put a thoroughly rooted economy back on track (seriously I cannot understand how bad the last government was). Except we now existed in an economic climate where ZIRP is no longer a thing, inflation is rampant, the famously overpriced housing market is stabilising to sane levels in years, we have sluggish economic growth and brain drain.
Wat do. So we then got even more jeets.
Except this time they don't stem the bleeding and with race relations absolutely fucked for similar reasons to every other first world country it doesn't work so well.
I don't doubt for a second our uninspiring mcdonalds manager of a prime minister would love to flood the country with cheap labour, I'm just not entirely sure doing it while attempting to court high net worth individuals, maintain crumbling race relations (seriously Horseface was the worst) and a population who know their quality of life is declining all the while many of them are keenly aware of what is happening overseas is a very smart idea as once one country kicks off, I don't see why the others wouldn't.

I personally think it's been very carefully planned and orchestrated that way by overseas influences, over many years.
Almost all the Western world has been inundated with jeets, as a end-game act to a long series of social conditioning and decline. Modi has done trade deals with all, the main condition being each opens the doors to a brown tsunami - which we KNOW is devastating to decent Western society.
Factor in 'Managed decline', unattainable housing, soaring cost of living, deeply disparate treatment of native vs immigrant, perceived unfairness and inequality, suppression of opinion and freedom of speech, etc. In a nutshell: the UK. Except the exact same script is playing out at various stages in all Western countries. This isn't co-incidence.... it's a co-ordinated attack.
There is no doubt full-scale civil war in the West is imminent in a lot of countries. Who gains? Maybe BRICS. India foists the dregs of its massive overpopulation onto the West. The West collapses into internal war and devastation. Meanwhile, a hugely powerful and untouched China casually takes Taiwan and anywhere else it fancies, while NATO is backed to the wall, dealing with its contrived implosion. Russia gets a hand with Ukraine and anywhere else. BRICS becomes the new NATO and the world's superpowers.
With the exception of Trump, almost all Western leaders are hardcore Marxists / outright communists, and have a fondness for little yellow CCP cock. They actively seek the total collapse of 'running dog lackey' capitalism and the 'building back better' of the socialist / communist one-world global state they so desire. And they've been planted there to do it.
Just an opinion.
Once upon a time, I would have called that tinfoil hattery. Today, I wouldn't put anything past anyone.

Wondered why an internal work service dept has seemingly slowed right down on response rate. Used to be almost instant.
Wondered no more as the hours-late reply came back in jeetspeak.
Corporate moved the service from first world to third and it has instantly become worthless. I refuse to use them.
Walked into a bakery last week and noticed something was off. The usual supplies had been run down, empty shelves, it had a dirty vibe whereas before it felt pleasant to be inside.
Up pops the new jeet employee behind the counter.

If this doesn't convince you he's a jeet bot using AI or cuntpasting from wikipedia, I don't know what will.
And again, we see this every 150 pages, a jeet comes along and thinks they are smart for dumping walls of text because they think it's "working da white bois" and getting them into the "in" crowd so they can drop their indian damage control later. LemonMice is one of the funnier ones because he keeps coming back thinking it's working and he's accumulating white street cred despite him sporting a well earned pink triangle and 100% of his post votes by everyone else being autistic/dumb/etc.

She was going on about Gemini and MyEssayWriter, how it brainstorms for you and you can click different buttons to "humanize" the text. Not even kidding she laughs to her friend and goes, "it's not like these essays are gonna help me take care of my patients!"
In case you needed more evidence to avoid indian healthcare workers... they see zero problem using AI tools to obtain their sham degrees.

I have literally taken 'butterflies' from the hands of jeet nurses, wiped them on my leg; then put my own IV line in because she cocked it up four times in a row.
Needless to say I haven't been back to the hospital since before the scamdemic.

I had the displeasure of getting on the bus while an atomic bomb of stink was on it. Some fucking jeet that came from training or sports or whatever the fuck he did, sat in the bus with his stench being detectable a few feet before he was visible. I wondered what the fuck was so pungent until I saw the subhuman pick at his bare naked feet on the bus complaining about blisters. The seat he took was elevated; his stench got into my nostrils at an accelerated rate. I had to actually stop and breathe in and out for a minute after I got out of that culturally-scented vehicle. The worst part about it? It stuck to my clothes afterwards, like some indian miasma.
