Just because someone passes the USMLE doesn't mean they were trained just as good as someone trained here or another first world country.

I stopped reading after that because you clearly don’t understand what the USMLE even is. It’s not some certificate of training quality, it’s a three-step licensing exam that tests baseline knowledge, clinical reasoning, and eventual ability to practice independently. It’s a checkpoint to determine if a student can move into residency, where the real hands-on, standardized training happens. Every IMG who wants to practice here must complete a U.S. residency. Everything before residency doesn't matter much in determining if a doctor can practice medicine effectively.

And before you start sperging about training differences, rotation quality varies even within the U.S. New DO schools open every year, and they aren’t even accredited until graduates finish and enter practice. Physician assistant programs don’t have the same depth of training as MD/DO programs, yet PAs can practice medicine independently in many states. So boiling all of this down to “race” or “country of origin” is stupid and that has always been my original argument.

Exactly, India every year roughly make ~70k "doctors" and stringent testing is in place to filter out 99% of that 70k. But, since there's so many, they are directly competing with domestic medical students for the limited slots we have for residency programs. The U.S needs to either put a pause on IMGs (which they've started doing, this is why people are starting to not match with domestic programs if they go to a Carribean school) or open more slots for residency programs in order to prioritize American doctors.

The Ashkenazi Jewish IQ is almost certainly not in the 110s. If you accept Israel's average IQ of 95, then the non-ashk IQ would have to be perilously low for the country's mean to be 95. Polygenic scores for education attainment ( PC way of saying g) suggests Ashkenazi's IQ is in the 110s. It's higher than east asian's who we know has an IQ higher than the white British average. For Israel's average IQ, you should use their own psychometric examinations. Ashkenazi scores are almost a SD higher than Sephardic or white russian. Ashkenazi and serphardi/white mixes are an intermediate between the two.

Polygenic scores will be the end all be all of this debate for determining a populations avg intelligence. The kinks should be worked out by 2030.

They produce exponentially more gifted people, hence outsized representation in nobel STEM prize awards, chess and bridge players (when they were trendy). You can find that pattern in USA, UK, Canada, even South Africa somewhat. An IQ in the 110s explains most of their exceptionalism. An IQ of 100 does not. Couldn't find much within the U.S., but in the U.K. foreign trained doctors have incredibly high rates of complains, make up the majority of sex abuse cases, and majority of them end up getting fired.

Most medical oversight agencies have malpractice hearings available including the names of the docs as well as civil docs. In the most jeet infested areas that had public records that I could browse all of the ones I've seen in the past two years are jeets and the occasional sandnigger. If you want a more anecdotal uncensored opinion:

Every single doctor that was a jeet (and some sandniggers) that I have met were the stupidest I have ever seen. All of their knowledge is surface level. I would equal it to a summary from Google when searching up a condition. They rote memorize symptoms, but are completely unable to critically think treatment, co-morbid conditions or differential diagnoses. All of the natively trained doctors I have seen are dumbstruck at some of the claims that foreign doctors have told me about my health.

Another (most likely cultural) issue is that they are not able to be critisized or tolerate any questions about treatment. If I ask a native doctor about why they are doing a procedure or prescribing they will happily explain. With jeets and sandniggers they immediately become defensive and say "because I said so", as if I am being verbally abusive just by asking.

I think the above is an example of the often zero-sum thinking in Eastern cultures. They tend to try to put each other down and look superior all the time, so any attempt at getting reasoning out of someone who views themself as an authority figure is perceived as passive-aggresiveness.
