The reason he can't comprehend how the driver didn't brake is because in India roads are basically the wild west, so people are constantly on high alert for retards in front of them. In civilized countries like Canada, people actually expect others to follow the rules of the road, not make an extremely dangerous illegal turn on a high speed road with a long haul vehicle. Cause why would any sane person do that?

I believe it was negligent behavior, not intentional murder.
I don't like how insistent they are on lowering his punishment though. He was responsible for the deaths of 3 people.

A. He is an illegal alien in the United States.
B. He had illegally obtained a commercial driver's license.
C. He was illegally operating a commercial tractor trailer on US highways when he was not properly trained to do so, and could not read the highway safety signs because he does not proficiently speak or read English.
D. Because he cannot read the highway safety signs, he made an illegal U-Turn from the right-hand SHOULDER of the highway ACROSS all lanes of traffic, and in a spot CLEARLY marked that such a maneuver was not permitted.
E. Because of his CRIMINAL behavior, he caused the DEATHS of three adults.
He's a fucking criminal, and I hope he spends the best years of his life in prison getting used as a cum rag by the biggest, meanest niggers in the federal lockup. Then when he is an old man and gets release from prison, he gets a one-way flight back to India where he will have no chance of rebuilding his life or starting a family, and the only women who will have him are old, unfuckable (by street-shitter standards) hags who smell horrible (again, by pajeet standards). Or he gets executed. Either works for me. Worthless dung apes.
