Chess is the next big thing in India now, after Gukesh Dommaraju became the world champion last year. Never mind that they invented the game alongside the Persians nearly 2000 years ago - now is the time they must become the best. It’s that weird pack aspirationalism they get - one of them finds a legitimate way to fame and success, the rest see this, but none of them are willing to put in the actual work to get there. What I want to see even more than this Punjab Nigger being charged is for the FBI to investigate and find every single fucking person in California and Washington state who were part of the conspiracy that allowed giving unqualified illegals license to drive on US roads. If in doubt check the service agreement contract, NOT what sales told the customer, not what the customer tries to manipulate you into supporting. Try and point out where you went right and beyond what you normally do, point out that going beyond what we normally do lead to you feeling pressured and uncomfortable into whatever it was that happened.
I have been there before in tech support with indian customers. It doesn't matter if they're in Hyderabad, or Toronto, or San Jose. They will try and get you to do THEIR JOB (you support X software/Y Hardware, not their infiniband network or whatever).
