Thing is though, such a hypothetical faith would be impossible to sustain long term in a geographically tiny location (i.e. greece) or a larger but sparsely populated location (i.e. scandinavia and north germany) because the sheer numbers, wealth, and military power of christian/islamic kingdoms would sooner or later draw them in by hook or by crook as happened with various pagan faiths in europe and the middle east IRL.

Christianity became the majority religion in the east because of the Roman empire's freedom of movement and the fact that the new testament was written in Koine Greek which was the dominant language in the eastern half of the empire. For Christianity to not bloom into a major religion you would need for the new testament to only be written in Aramaic or Hebrew but that wouldn't happen because most educated people, traders and those able to read knew koine Greek even in Judea/Jerusalem area. For Koine to not be the common tongue of the area you would need to undo the entirety of the Hellenistic age and the conquests of Alexander.
TL;DR: Hellenism was doomed from the moment the New Testament was written in Koine.

Effectively the only road for an invasion and according religious assimilation was for the vast majority of its history through the western deserts, which would have been even more of a logistical fucking nightmare way back when, meaning that unless/until an invasion drove far enough and conquered enough to establish a permanent hub from which to conquer more, that invasion and conquest would inevitably corrode away to nothing within a century or so

Christianity spread because it had a compelling message and was missionizing and I'm not really convinced it being in Greek had much to do with that, especially since it was not every convert who was reading anything about it all, but the elders/presbyters.

Easily Paganism's biggest flaw, even with organized ones like with Roman, there are many different ways to practice it and view the gods, it's fine and even promoted to be a degenerate. This is also why the Abrahamic religions lasted so long. Hinduism is the only large-scale pagan religion left, if it weren't for the muslims just taxing them, Hinduism wouldn't be around as much.
