I recall that back in 2019, CS or tech majors were a gateway to earning six figures easily. It was like a Nursing degree/MSN but for nerds and tech kids. Now it's just as worthless as a psych degree because AI and Indians have taken over the field, both from college in the west and over in the subcontinent

That and the sheer overabundance of qualified workers due to the fact that an entire generation went into the field. Mechanical is safe but Im getting a more general Engineering Technology degree so I can change engineering disciplines more easily.

Something to remember is that Hinduism was invented by and for the Aryan conquerors who buck broke the Dravidians so hard they started worshipping their chariot wheels. It was not made for the subhumans who live in India today.
