Afghanistan has had amicable international relations and garnered respect from its neighbors. It had a monarchy and a functional society until the waves of Islamic fundamentalism destroyed the Arab world.

It's not really easy or practical to do anything about it after they descend on you. I could doxx him but proving his guilt is impossible because I don't have physical evidence. Also, he's just one dude out of many others. You can't really levy accusations against this group of people without solid proof because they always follow the "deny deny deny" strategy. Unless there's CCTV footage of the pajeet groping you on the subway/plane/mall/staircase/etc., you will never be able to get them in trouble for it. They know this and operate accordingly. On top of that, they'll get their pajeet buddies to vouch for them and to solidify their alibi.
Something to bear in mind: Pajeets are OKAY with SA. They think it is fine to do that to a woman. But, they know that in other countries, it is not considered okay and that they can get in trouble. So they do try to cover their tracks or attack only when they know there's a low possibility of the victim being able to prove guilt. They have a lack of object permanence in terms of morals (if you get away with it = good and morally sound, get caught = bad and evil).
