I was curious about this story because it seems so ridiculous (yet unfortunately believable knowing Pajeets )

I tried searching it up but could only find that she was molested by 2 Indians while livestreaming (New Zealand Herald, BBC) , which a few Korean news sources (most likely not going to gunt guard for India) also report this (SBS News, Yonhap News, Kyunghyang Shinmun)

that looks like an irrigation canal. those are absurdly dangerous to swim in- my dad is a strong swimmer and he almost drowned when he was a kid in one because of its depth and being less buoyant in fresh water. irrigation canals aren't swimming pools where the depth ramps up gradually for safety purposes. you're literally going from dipping your toes in to 7-10 feet of water instantly. if you pay attention to the sides of the canal they are also quite steep which makes it harder to escape.

I was just reminded of a job I was sent out to with this coworker. Team leader said I had to bring him so he could ‘shadow’ me, but I don’t know why the guy with a masters in IT who was nearly 10 years older than me had to learn from me, the young man with barely any qualifications at the time.

Anyway I was doing some troubleshooting on one of those dell powervault sans (I think one of the controllers had died). I can’t remember what I did but I do remember that I tried including him in what I was doing. Eventually I gave up and let him play on his phone when it became apparent he didn’t know anything at all about server hardware. When we got back to the office he had to type a time entry for what he did onsite, and it was just a lot of nonsense with phrases I’ve come to greatly cherish including (all written verbatim):

“Reinitiate the problem”
“Duplicate the problem”
“Removed all the cabled from the controller”
“Installed new controller and waited until it got confederated”
“Filmwares inhalation not complete”
“Job needs to be completed”

He had been getting away with crap time entires for a while but this time management caught on and then we had to have a bunch of meetings that week for everyone about how to structure time entries. Lol

Oh yeah, he can’t drive either. He can legally but he’s almost crashed and taken a coworker with him. Those are probably stories for another time

When I was a junior developer I had to show Indian Principal Software Engineers who were 10-15 years older than me how to do basic things in Java. I just ignored them after some time because I have very limited patience having to talk to someone in completely broken English all day while working in an office in Texas.

For those not in IT or tech. A Principal Engineer is one of the higher ranks of Individual Contributor that does not manage people/a team. Higher than Senior. They usually have a decade or more experience. If they are not Indian this means they were likely heads down coding all day every day for years and years and provide a wealth of knowledge and skill.

If they are Indian they fuck up basic buttons in Java apps somehow and you have to show them how to use breakpoints (not kidding).

A friend of mine recently started a new position at one of those big Fortune 500 tech companies that outsources all their gruntwork to India. He was telling me how at first he was happy to be able to delegate and focus on higher-level tasks, but now it seems the jeetpilling has already begun.

Some European nations are going that route already with importing Jeet "nurses" to fill the growing number of vacant positions.
From what I've read and seen, they are equally as incompetent in the medical field, as in IT.

I'm sure this has been said before somewhere in the thread, but Big Companies love hiring Indians due to high level managers not understanding the concept of quality and believing that employees are fungible, allow me to explain: When an employer wants to hire someone they get bombarded with curriculums, it's like if you are a moderately attractive woman on a dating app that gets so many messages your inbox is filled, their experience is that someone will always take the job and they just need to filter people.

Why am I mentioning this? Because employers, specially in Big Companies believe that if you fulfill certain requirements, such as experience and education, then you are an interchangeable cog in the machine that is the company, they think this way because they get 50 curriculums that fulfill the requirements, they think that any of these people could do the job, so they do interviews to see if the candidate's personality and motivations align with what they want, but as I said they could pick any of those 50 people if they needed too, take this mentality to it's extreme and the logical conclusion is to hire 6 Pajeets in India for the same price as one Canadian, or if the Indian is in Canada then hire 2 for the price of one; Do you care about which gas station do you get gas from? Gas from one station is as good as the next, this is how managers think of workers.

As I said in the first line of my post, this is because high level managers don't understand the concept of quality, and this is psychological too, they are up there in their ivory towers making an absurd amount of money and perceive that the lowly grunts are identical cogs for the corporate machine, have you ever heard of how rich posh people living in a big city believe that people living in a rural area are just like the characters from the movie Deliverance? This is similar, the concept of a lowly grunt that just needs to follow orders being different from the rest does not enter their mind, they are too detached from the work in the field to get it, they don't see it since all they do is analyze dashboards in a quantitative (not qualitative) manner from their expensive and luxurious offices, they don't see the qualitative things not expressed in numbers since they don't show in their dashboards.

And lastly Big Companies are lumbering, bureaucratic, slow moving entities where inefficiencies are looked over because it's not their money on the line so no one cares, managers are trying to show the best numbers regardless of long term effects and things like innovation or creativity are highly discouraged, all they want from you is to follow orders, it's the complete opposite of how a startup with 5 employees works, this environment is good for Indians because they are unimaginative automatons that just do whatever they are told, and the loss in quality from poojet work doesn't show in the spreadsheets, but what it does show is that now you have more employees for less money, and since workers are fungible that's means lower costs and more productivity, which is good.

I had a Jeet contractor tell me he was getting "the same random date" back on an API call. I told him if it's the same date then it's not random, whats the date? I tell him then I can't fucking help I'm not that fmailiar with the code base and I'm busy. A full week of him harassing me, me giving the same answers, he goes to my manager and tell him I don't know what I'm doing, I'm incompetent and I don't know basic C++, my managers comes to me and I tell him all that's been happening. That's one I know well! Here's one of mine. I had developed a java app that did a tax function for part of corporate. Had to deal with some specific situations about whatever. I develop the first version and then get moved to another project. Team of Indians take over the app I made by myself (lol).

This was fairly barebones as the expected users for it was 50 people tops who worked in the tax department of finance for this specific issue. This was a massive corporation. So nothing fancy, input some tax bullshit and it spit out some numbers to adjust based on their conditions.

For whatever reason they decided to add more tax related functions to this thing. Whatever like I care. A year or so later I get contacted by a jeet manager saying my application that has been in production for over a year has major logic issues and I need to fix it.

Okay bro, can you be a little more specific? I have not touched that thing in over a year. Tells me no I fucked it up and its trash. Come fix it. Essentially telling me they don't know what's wrong with it nor how to troubleshoot it. So I talk to the guy about what they added and ask if that could be part of it. Nope can't be us. Even though your team has been adding stuff to it for a year. I tell him I am busy and he eventually gets to my director about it and I have to go work on it.

I ask them about the features they released what they do and ask if they can walk me through some of the changes, and about what errors they are getting in general. Dudes are just vague about it giving weird output not actual errors.

Mind you this is a simple app but had some strict requirements on sorting logic. To the extent I had to make sorting functionality myself rather than use a library one. It had other strict finance related requirements too. But nothing crazy really.

Well what did these retards do?

• Copied my global variables for the application into one of their features. But didn't really encapsulate them (if that is even what they were trying to do) causing the function variables to be used when they thought the global ones would be and vice versa. Shitting up outputs.
  • This is a combination of extreme laziness and retardation at the same time.
• Created their own sorting logic multiple times in different features rather than using the app level one.
  • This means like each tab of the app doing whatever was sorting by completely different logic
  • I have no idea why they did this.
• Their code was messy and hard to read. Hurting my eyes as I can't stand messy ass hard to read code. They couldn't even follow all of the stuff I had already made and just keep doing that. They had to add in piles of shit with weird formatting for no reason.

I point all of this out and rather than say okay and fix it. Jeet manager pressures my director into me fixing it. I explain to my own jeet director that dude, none of their production issues have anything to do with me. All of these issues were caused by their own shit. Why am I fixing any of it? Gives me wishy washy bullshit about being a team player.

As I was just 3 years into my career at that time I spent the next 3 days unfucking it and handing it back to them.

My guess is that unlike other brownoids Poojeets work. It's a low quality of labor but compared to Ahmed and Mtumbe who spend their entire lifetimes on the dole Akshit at least delivers an Uberjeets package to the correct address from time to time. Also, like other brownoids they're completely fine with living 10 to a small apartment living on literal barracks-style bunkbeds because it's somehow even worse back in Poojeetland.
