Bulandshahr (UP):
A 38-year-old man has been sentenced to life imprisonment for raping his 60-year-old mother in Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr. The man raped his mother on January 16 last year, after which his brother reported him to the police. A fast-track court found him guilty and pronounced its judgment on Monday.

"This rape case was registered about one-and-a-half years back. A woman accused her son of rape. Police had registered an FIR under relevant sections. The accused's brother was the complainant. A fast-track court has sentenced the convict to life imprisonment and fined him ₹ 51,000," Bulandshahr rural police chief Rohit Mishra said.

Government counsel Vijay Kumar Sharma said he has never encountered a case like this in his career. "The mother kept crying and repeated, 'My son raped me'. The man took his mother to get fodder from the field and raped her," he said.


The woman said in her statement that her son took her to the field, gagged her, raped her, and pressured her to engage in sexual acts regularly. "I folded my hands and pleaded with him, but he raped me. I kept saying I was an old woman. I lost consciousness. When I regained it, he threatened to kill me if I told anyone about the incident. He also asked me to sleep with him every night. Somehow I came home and told my niece and son (the complainant)," she said, according to the court order. The woman's husband died 10 years back.

The doctor who examined the woman said that her body had no sign of external or internal injury. Citing a previous judgment, the court noted that even if the doctor who examined the victim does not find signs of rape, it is not a ground to disbelieve the testimony of the complainant.

The court also noted an earlier Supreme Court judgment: "If the victim of rape states on oath that she was forcibly subjected to sexual intercourse, her statement will normally be accepted, even if it is uncorroborated, unless the material on record requires drawing of an inference that there was consent or that the entire incident was improbable or imaginary."

The convict had told the police that he did not commit the crime and was innocent. The case against him, he said, was false and registered to usurp his property.

The court's order noted that the defence did not present any witnesses to prove a property dispute between the accused and his mother. "It must be noted that no mother would accuse her son of raping her just to get some property," the court's order said.

Besides rape, the court also found the man guilty of criminal intimidation, for which he was sentenced to one year in jail and a fine of ₹ 1,000. The two jail terms will run concurrently, the court held.

The principal of a primary school in Pipaliya in Gujarat's Dohad district was arrested for allegedly killing a 6-year-old girl of the school after she resisted his rape attempts.

The body of the girl, who studied in Class 1 in the school, was found in the school compound on September 19. The postmortem report of the victim showed that she had been suffocated to death.

Dohad Superintendent of Police Rajdeep Singh Jhala said that a total of 10 teams were formed to investigate the case.
During the investigation, the police found that the parents had sent the girl to school with the school principal, Govind Nat, in his car.

When she didn't return from school, the girl's parents asked Nat about her whereabouts, and he said that he had dropped her at school.

Following an investigation, the police took Govind Nat into custody and questioned him.


During the interrogation, Nat confessed to killing the girl as she resisted his attempts to rape her.

Nat further said that when he tried to rape the girl, she started screaming. He put his hands on her mouth tightly to stop her screaming.

However, the girl died, following which he hid her in the back of the car.


After that, Govind Nat went to school as usual and taught the students. After the classes ended, he returned to the car, dumped her belongings near the school gate and left the girl's body behind the classroom.

When the girl's parents along with locals reached the school in the evening of September 19, they found her belongings near the gate and they found her body in the school compound.

Thanks, not sure how I missed his post - must have skimmed this thread too briefly in my read-through. Had the article put on my Xitter timeline the other day so thought it was fresh.

There is no visa category they won't scam, no stretching of the truth or outright fabrication that they won't craft to their advantage. They test the interpretation of law whenever possible and they have an amazing ability to be so entitled as they rob opportunities from people who are actually qualified.

If Indians actually had extraordinary abilities, they would not need to operate like con artists by creating false credentials and massively inflating their mediocre abilities to epic proportions. If only Indians invested the time they spent scamming into actually developing real skills, they would not need to go to such ridiculous lengths.

It's why their hostile parasitism is becoming so apparent to nations across the West; other third world populations practice 'ultra-competitiveness' to the point of base level thievery and immorality, but no other ethnic group does it with such persistence. The act of the scam is the synthesis of their ethnic narcissism, nepotism, distaste for morality, and propensity to manipulate without shame or guilt.

Do Indians even have the ability to develop abstract thought and innovative capabilities? AFAIK their educational system is primarily based on mass memorization rather than fostering organic thought and problem solving. I'd imagine if this is the case then such stubbornness is compounded by the innate supremacism of India's governing elite; after all, why change any teaching methods? India is the greatest nation to ever exist and created the foundations to all of mathematics! Even when they're born and raised in the West, at very best they attain the 'caretaker CEO' because of their affinity to bootlick whoever is in power. This is why the British exported them to South/South-East Africa to function as a de facto lower-tier "merchant" class.

Compare this to their neighbour to the north, China. I used to scoff at Chinese innovation, labelling it as a cargo cult of Western intellectual property theft, but the truth remains; they've created a colossal increase in wealth in transformed their nation into an actual global power. Does the average Chinese sit back and moan about how the West set it back a century due to the Opium Wars and owes it trillions of dollars? Unlike the fecal swamp to the south, Westerners do recognize China's rise and take it seriously, unlike the supposed "superpower by 2020 2030".

The Conservative party likely owes a lot of this success to their stated policies of reduced immigration. Hopefully they actually do the needful.

If you want some more nightmare fuel, the "450k"/year stat is actually just the count of "permanent residents" Canada imports. This skews the more concrete statistics regarding annual net immigration which are typically withheld from Canadians' knowledge. In reality, the number is well over 1 million per year when you account for the preferred method of entry for the Indian masses - ""temporary"" residency via the ""student"" visa. Of course, it always becomes permanent.

Moreover, even the 1 million+ per year is just the "reported" number, and those documented by federal authorities. Anyone remember this?
