Personally, I'd confiscate any and all IDs and cellular devices they own, and put them to work in hard labor with diminishing rations until they keel over of starvation. Throw their corpses in a pigpen, and once they're all dead, bring in another batch of recruits.

there is an argument to made that way,and i wouldn't blame you for taking advantage of it to make a bit of cash. but personally i feel making money off o f a system i am opposed to is wrong. i'd prefer to keep my hands clean of all poo.

This is called subletting (which basically means sub-renting) and everywhere that's white will have thought ahead to disallow that in the lease agreement. The corporations I mentioned earlier either own the property outright or they have a special deal where the apartment complex pretty much knows what they're going to do and they charge them way more but the recruiter company importing all the mass jeets knows they will still profit from it.

You can still secretly sublet and then do everything through cash and have your renter pretend to be a "guest" and then every time the owner catches them they say something to the effect of "oh lol, I'm only here one day every 3 months and it lines up with when you are always here". The owner can sue and call the police to do an investigation, and there won't be any jail time because it will be a civil matter. But the same shit applies from the bigger picture to the smaller picture - you can report H1Bs but it takes years before they try to find them and investigate, and in the same manner, the previously mentioned civil case will take years and since you know there is a case against you, just get the sub-renters the fuck out of there and you're in the clear. Some apartments have strict, quantified time limits in the contract, ie if your "guest" is there more than 72 hours, they are officially a permanent guest and you are breaking the contract. Again, when there are weird or stupid sounding rules - the reason is always brown people. This is why jeets jump around on AirBnB and never stay in one place for more than 2 weeks.

If subletting were not legally enforceable via a contract, you could just run around the world renting apartments in your name, paying the bill, and then finding some felon who can't get approved for one but somehow does have the money for it, charging them double what you are paying because you're banking on them being unable to pass a background check and being desperate, and then ruin everywhere by making shitty people live with everyone else who can actually pass a background check. ...Which, is exactly what recruiter companies are doing but they're not felons, they're doing it with brown people so you're RACIST
 
The plan is for me to OWN the building, im in the deep south so theres plenty of 800 squarefoot cinderblock shacks around that can survive that kind of neglect ill put it through as a pajeet slumlord

Why even bother buying the property or providing anything to them when you can do what their own countryman do? Steal their money and provide them nothing.

I pay about $10 American or equivalent for a plan that includes 6100 minutes, 6100 texts and about 15 gigabytes of mobile data. $3 American for every 3 gigabytes of extra data I want to use that month.

As the other poster said, food and services are dirt cheap here but good luck getting anything else, if you're a normal worker you won't own your own house even by saving 40 years, cars and plenty other goods are taxed so heavily you're paying far more than you'd pay in America* and you have to deal with economic uncertainty and instability that would make you think the 1929 stock market crash wasn't that big of a deal.

The flipside is that, obviously, should you have a high paying job where you can work regardless of location you get to live and save like a king; and that at higher economic levels (talking low 7 figures income yearly at the min) the prices of property go from completely out of reach to relatively cheap. That and unlike Hindoostan there are relatively decent places to live in LatAm as an expat, just mind your surroundings for the less... educated locals.

In conclusion while it is true that $50k yearly in America does not go as far as third world shitskins believe it does, it does grant you a standard of living that you would need to be upper-middle class to even achieve over in the less developed nations.

*: a recent example, I bought some shitty Nike running shoes recently, I paid the equivalent of $220 American (with a 25% off sale at that) while the same model on the American Nike store was priced at $115.

You can still buy a house on that in a lot of the country, even now. Only reason i dont is because i decided to go back to school

The average salary being currently at $600/mo no, you cannot buy a house on worker's wages when a one room shitbox will set you back $50-70k

Things do change drastically if you're married/in a couple and they also work, even more so if you earn even slightly above average, you can easily juggle a mortgage then. (well, assuming optimal conditions of the economy not imploding 5-10 years down the line, but I believe this is true for America too, to an extent)

In any case this is not the LatAm thread so we probably should not shit in it, the pajeets already do that plenty everywhere they go and far as I know Latinos at least are potty trained.

This will probably earn me "autistic" points for defending jeets but I think they might've attacked the wrong guy. Facial structure is a bit off (first guy's face is rounder) and the second guy has a widow's peak and is slightly balding while the first guy isn't.

I'm no expert racist but I do suspect you're right, the massive forehead and skin tone is really giving me Somali vibes. Whereas the second guy doesn't seem to fit.
