i understand where you are coming form. and while i am annoyed by dealing with pajeets, my desire to leave software development is ultimately independent of pajeets. i just dont find sitting behind a desk working for some corporation hammering out basic enterprise code/dealing with enterprise code bases while putting up with corporate business requirements,deadlines, and meetings.

please yell this loud enough so that the guys in back can hear. code which isnt clean and isnt close to be efficient isnt good code, even if the output is what you want. there are times when you are on a strict deadline and so you have to contend with 'good enough' but the goal should never be to have 'good enough' but the goals should be 'good' code.
There is an even worse situation you can be in where the Indian hardcodes something to get past a meeting, or they dump a backdoor, logic bomb, etc, blatantly right in the code, and they don't even try to hide it. What you're talking about is technical debt which is also completely valid. I've seen them hardcode shit because they can't even make a database query, and I've seen them just delete entire functions in classes so they can bring it up and then spend weeks "working" on it, secretly all they do is just slowly copy paste it back in line by line. That's not subjective anymore, if it went to trial, 110% of courts in this land would rule it as negligence. And HR is there. To defend them. Every single step of the way. And even when caught and another white developer confirms it. They don't fire them. And a few weeks later they do it again. Record everything, sue, name what you want in discovery.
