Australia signed some weird batshit insane agreement with India a while ago to accept as many pajeet students as possible.
I don't have proof of this but I'm convinced most Jeets' "competency" of English is purely through rote memorization of phrases they need to know exclusively for their job, they don't understand the language but can recognize a specific answer to what they asked, exactly like a script. It's actually much worse than that. I think there was a policy or an agreement between the jeet and Aussie governments sometime in 2023, and now in-full effect, that jeet degrees are now literally equal to Australian ones. It's called the "Mechanism for the Mutual Recognition of Qualifications between Australia and India". Whatever "immigration policy" fuck ups happening down under, they are magnitudes higher than whatever's happening here, or even Canada for pete's sake. I have friends there and the stories they tell me about their engineering, marketing, IT staff being replaced with jeets straight-off-the-boat that is beyond what H1Bs have done to the job market here.
Yup. One company that I know that had a branch office in india, with that bilateral agreeement, replaced their main entire IT and R&D department within Australia in just 3 months of that agreement. Interns or Fresh meat in that company usually consists of recent bachelor's or master's graduates and for their jobs, practical experience, and network to be instantly replaced by jeets that most probably scammed their way in obtaining the credentials needed to be eligible to take over those jobs in such short notice will doompill any local Aussies that's currently enrolled in their unis. The sad thing is that only a single "far-right leaning nationalistic party" has given a fuck that this is currently happening to thousands of Aussies and the statement is left like a footnote in some off-schedule business meeting. It's horrifying.
I have to hand it to the Irish, they still have that rebel warrior's spirit in them, their Great Replacement has been kickstarted into overdrive just several years ago and they're the only ones who have concretely started fighting back.
