The west only wants to be allied with India due to its large military. Is it a good military? No, it's probably one of the worst in terms of capability and lacks good leadership. But you could also say that about China as well. Most of their leadership core is political based and nothing to do with merit or leadership skills. But China has hordes of bugmen they can throw onto the battlefield. America is not going to fight China on Indian soil, they are focused on the South China sea/Straight of Taiwan and Korea, places which even the playing field numerically. China can't field as many troops in those areas and keep them supplied, so their best troops would fight the Americans/other countries while the bulk of Chinese forces would be fighting the Indians. It would probably devolve into battles of who can throw the most cannon fodder at the other side and would have alot of close quarters trench fighting due to both sides not being capable enough for complicated maneuvers.

Also there's alot of similarity between India and China in terms of how they live. Both eat horrible food coming from disgusting street markets, they don't care about littering, don't have the same care for human life etc. yet China is somehow still miles ahead of India in pretty much every measure and Indians are mad about it. India and Pakistan might be the main beef, but China makes most Indians mald hard.

China and India show the importance of intelligence, one higher standard deviation in IQ and China saved itself from being an armpit of the universe like how India is and merely became a half-functioning corrupt shithole. The other important part being culture and average mentality, where both get a big fat F.

Too real. The only difference is the Chinese don't live in the houses in Canada alot of the time and the Indians cram like 20 people in a 3 bedroom house. Used to live down the street from small newish 3 bed house with like 7 cars in the driveway. Always the same cars it's not like they had a party or something. Turns out it's all jeets living in it. Now they are trying to sell the house but it has been on the market for several months. I'm guessing the house is trashed. They never mowed the lawn or did any upkeep on the place and now it has trash lying in the driveway.

Spics do this too, it's revolting. Pack so many people into a house that they turn it into a barracks and rot it out. I lived near a spic den for a while. It sold for a pittance, and the people who bought it started to gut it completely. They finished it a few years ago and everyone was shocked - under the tacky siding was a beautiful old stone farmhouse. Completely new interior, it's beautiful. Indians are even worse - it's amazing how many pro-immigration lolberts don't recognize the broken window fallacy at play here. These people move into real estate and destroy huge amounts of value by turning it into a fetid hive.

Chinks often buy foreign real estate because China has incredibly strong capital controls. So people in China want a nest egg outside the country that their government can't touch in case things ever go tits-up over there. A common way that they do this by sending their kids to school in the West - the parents buy real estate, the kid lives in it, then the parent keeps it once the kid is done school and rent it out to pay the upkeep. There are realtors who specialize in setting up these kinds of arrangements. As I said in another thread, property taxes should be doubled for non-citizens. Do it on the federal level - just look at what they're paying in state taxes and send them another bill for an identical amount. It would make the properties unsustainable as absentee investments. If you aren't a citizen, rent.

The real estate bubble situation that China has also exists here to some degree. Unfortunately it's a very hard problem to solve because popping the bubble will put a lot of people who are struggling underwater on their mortgages, trapping them and gutting their economic mobility. We also have a huge amount of pension funds and hedge funds tied up in real estate because we've brilliantly allowed Wall Street to do 2008 on steroids and turn real estate into a casino again. It's really the same symptom of central planning - when you allow Blackrock, Vanguard, and Statestreet to have voting rights in something like 90% of the S&P 500, you bascically have a nascent central planning apparatus. The CCP controls company by having a seat on every board. We have that now with these gargantuan funds - it's part of why these big companies all swung in lockstep to support trannyism and BLM shit even when it was bad for profits.

Indians just buy the house so they can pile into it like rats and destroy the building by shitting all over it and making everything reek of jeet. They are literally human pests.

it depends. the market for what? if it comes to being a nicer country than india/china you have a long way to go before that inflection point is crossed and people stop coming because average american conditions are worse than where they are from.

think about it: people are willing to be packed 10 to a room and work at dunkin donuts than try to do anything remunerative in india

Indians gaining internet access is probably the worst thing that's happened to them but also for the rest of the world. I bet a lot of the hate would die down at least among the normies if they actually firewalled themselves like the Chinese do.
