I work as support for a company that makes proprietary self checkout terminals for stores and such. When there is a problem with a terminal (it won't scan, won't take cards, screen is frozen, etc.) ether a technician or an operator calls us up to see if we can adjust a setting in our backend or order a new part for them or whatever is necessary for the machine. Since we're limited on what we can do on our end, we need to co-operate with the caller to properly troubleshoot whatever's going on, and for 90% of the time this is a smooth operation because we train the operators that we sell to on how the machine works and how to maintain the machine.
You already know where this is going.
Normal support hours are from 7 AM to 7 PM CST Monday to Friday. This is posted pretty much everywhere the support number is and even stuck onto the machine itself right under the screen just in case. My shift goes until 7. The last hour is pretty much dead besides the rare "Please send update. Thanks!" because small business owners that are rich enough to buy our pricey oversized tablets often have enough common sense to not call in at the last minute with a million questions over a borderline fucked machine and will wait until the next day to deal with it unless it's urgent. That is, except for every single fucking Indian operator that we have on file. Every one. We have exactly 4 of them.
Because my lovely co-workers like to play the "who's the last one on the queue" game with last minute restroom breaks besides me (higher time spent in the queue increases chances of a raise), I got to know each pajeet personally because they never call in until the last 10 minutes of my shift and their calls are never less than an hour because it's ether over some normal issue that they are just too dumb to understand and think it's something else entirely or they personally went out of their way to fuck up the machine and I have to strain my brain to figure out what's going on. No matter how shitty or inept some of our other operators are and how teeth pulling it can be to get the piece of shit to work properly, nothing will compare to a call from Raj Shieeturlakadingdong that you'll actually start to appreciate dealing with the passive aggressive fag from San Fran that hangs up in five minutes because the problem wasn't fixed right away.
These fuckers will argue with you on how to get to the basic settings screen despite failing to get there on their own for 15 minutes despite being something basic that every operator should know about and being told plainly on how to get their. They will be in the loudest area with like 8 other poos chatting behind them and have the shittiest connection so even if you somehow can decipher their cursed accent and loanwords that they use to describe what they're referring to, you can barely understand them anyway and have to ask them to repeat themselves (which they fucking hate and will get angry over). You can give them a simple set of instructions and they will say to you a millisecond later "that don't work," so you ask them to explain why it isn't working or what is going on instead and they will say "I just try that. It don't work. [faint beep] See." And turns out they were doing something else entirely after 10 minutes of interrogation on why they can't unplug the machine. They also like to do shit on call that they don't tell you about that always makes the problem worse like plugging the network cable from it's correct slot into an entirely different one and then tell me "now it say no network available" and this will be after you adjusted and send one of the setting on the backend so you will spend another 30 minutes troubleshooting a possible related issue that it never had to begin with. They will drill random holes into the thing so that they don't have to unscrew the back and practice proper wire management. They don't know which wire is which and where they're supposed to connect to even if there's only one possible port it could fit on the machine. They will randomly change settings around from time to time which causes the issue it has to begin with. They will use parts that we have told them time and time again are NOT compatible with the machine's software, like cheap card readers off of Amazon so that they can avoid paying for a new device from our warehouse (that they don't even have to pay for if it's under warranty) just because they didn't call us about it not taking cards (simple fix), then bitch to us about missing sales all day the moment we pick up the phone.
And in the end they give up on it after getting tired for shouting at the phone for 2 hours and just decide to replace the whole thing. Never once has a call from them been properly resolved.
Remember, we train all of our operators on these machines and even offer retraining if the operator sees it necessary for ether themselves or anyone that works with the machine. These 80 IQ bullshit worshipers have never once done the needful and redeemed our offer, AND THE TRAINING'S FREE. I once thought that it was just because they were just that stupid, but this thread has highlighted the fact that not only are they stupid but just think that highly of themselves to know more about the machine than we do to fix it themselves and any issue afterwards is solely our fault for some reason. They are fucking infamous where I work and any time I ask my """team""" for assistance and I tell them who's on the line I get ignored and they all clock out so they don't have to be involved. Can't blame them too much because I would do the same if I were in their shoes. The only upside is the overtime I get is decent enough.
There's also a train that comes by regularly located right behind our office that never fails to remind me of how many pajeets get crushed by them on a daily basis, so I always take it as a sigh that things aren't so bad even when stuck dealing with poo operators.

If you have an Indian doctor, get access to your record ASAP. They can and do cover up their mistakes by tampering with your record in such a way that it can get you fucking killed. Indian doctors will kill you before they admit that they made a mistake.

I've seen this video posted several times over the last few days and no one seems to know what this structure is, why they are pulling it down, or why they didn't bother clearing people out of the way first. I guess it's just pajeets doing pajeet things. Trying to find some kind of reason or logic behind their actions is an exercise in futility for the civilized man.
