AirIndia is perfectly capable of flying an airplane, so long as everything works out perfectly and all the systems and pilot aids operate flawlessly. The instant anything goes wrong and problem solving or actual airmanship is required they shit the bed and kill everyone on the plane with incompetence.

I remember a geneticist saying that Indians have some of the worst body building genes ever, like they're so used to starvation that their bodies have a hard time building up muscle tissue since muscle mass requires more energy to have than fat given the thermodynamics.

Northern Chinese are far taller than Southern Chinese, at the extremes, a 3" difference between the shortest and tallest province.

India doesn't seem to have any particularly tall regions. My flatmate is exceptionally tall at 5'9" though but she's from a upper-middleclass family, so maybe it is a poverty thing.
