Edit: To the defense of real turks, this seems to be a diaspora thing. I met secular turkish tourists from cities like Ankara and Istanbul before and they couldn't be more different in mindset and behaviour than the filth that has been festering in my country for generations. As always, only the bottom of the barrel that couldn't even hack it in their own shithole country comes over, while always complaining how it isn't like back home here. Ridiculous.

Maybe it's because Italians are friendly and pleasant people to the extent where they'll be happy to chat to random strangers for half an hour on a train while Indians are closed off, autistic levels of cold and you can pretty much always tell that they are putting on a facade of being nice.

And there's a difference between Italian men being close to their families and honoring their mothers and Indian men being basically slaves to their mommy's whims.

i'd have more respect for them if they showed they actually consider the cows sacred by taking care of them. instead, they consider cows to be super duper holy and show this by having half starving cows eating literal trash in cities to survive.

To be fair, that's not strictly an Indian phenomena, same thing happens with Turkish, Russian, Vietnamese, Chinese expats and probably many others. It's just Indians are probably the most insufferable immigrants with severe inferiority complex that they need to relieve somehow.

The other side of the same coin is shitting on every aspect of your home country, which becomes as obnoxious very fast as well.
