Why (if Treblinka was a "transit camp") would Himmler assume they have been executed simply because they were transported to Treblinka?

Well exactly, if you want to push a narrative with the full support of the Soviets there's plenty you can do, plenty of lurid stories you can make up.
But if if nothing much happened where is the drive to tell that story?
For example, today we see millions of Mexicans crossing the borders all claiming they are persecuted, and many have exciting stories to tell. But logically given that most are simply economic migrants, most have no story to tell and therefore don't want to talk much, they just want to work, so where are the stories about nothing much happening? Where are the dramatic tales of boredom and normal family life?

Your analogy makes no sense. Jews were forcibly deported, that isn’t normal family life. I can find poor migrants talking about their sad stories, and they weren’t even forced to move to the US. Why not Jews, who you agree were deported around to camps?
