Jay is definitely not over Heather. He literally cannot go one conversation without mentioning her, even when you explicitly tell him 'hey man, that stuff with Heather is just between you guys'. He sincerely believes that if he shares anything less than everything he is not being himself, and that is something he absolutely refuses to do.
 
A question to Stream attendees. I know I'm probably going to regret asking this, but curiousity compels me. Can someone in one of these streams ask about Dot? We know it's a cardboard construct, but beyond that, relatively little, especially why he puts so much weight on it (and still has it).

There are now threads for GK's comics, fan art, the first livestream.and Jay's journals. What else is needed? sikotik find a bunch of websites Jay used to post on, and Radi Ashun found his FetLife account. Maybe a thread on these various profiles?
A general analysis thread, too, maybe?
When Jay posts a new journal is it worth making a thread for it?
What about a thread for Ultimate Quest for Glory and other fiction he writes?
Would the Valkyries or other "exes" do a q&a thread?
Just a few ideas. I don't want to be the OP on any more posts here for a while :oops: If you like an idea, take it :)

And yes, it does sound awfully familiar, but I can't place that HONEST CONTENT.
 
Am wondering if us Jay Stream attendees could ask him a few questions regarding history & other subjects from high school.

Or

Just ask him a few stupid questions for fun.
 
There are some things he just won't talk about though. Really, if you just let him sperg undirected he will give you hours of bullshit about how hard his job was, and/or what he did with Heather and/or how he wants to be famous and/or how awesome and epic he is. Those are his topics. Sometimes also porn.

He won't talk about the really interesting stuff like his fucked up childhood, or the fucked up shit that needs more elaboration like killing animals. If stream people could get him to open up about that stuff I'd doff my hat and say well done, good sir.
 
I'm really pleased about Golden Knight! Loved the Heather saga and the livestream, and I'm stoked about the subforum. Hope we can see more of the comic. I'm not saying Jay is the new Chris, but he has the rawness, unashamedness, profligacy, and blameworthiness of a fresh, true lolcow, and I feel like I'm watching something beautiful spread its wings.

It's been said before, but I can't stop laughing at what a wuss he is. How he can think of himself as EPIC and BADASS and then not be able to stand a little needle on his finger is one of the funniest things about him.

I can't donate either. I'm on two antidepressants as well as Xanax for GAD, so I know what you mean. And I want to give blood.
That said, I have a major vagal response to needles and can only have blood drawn sitting or laying down, and have to wait five minutes before standing. I don't even pretend to be a badass, because the people who do are always full of shit. The real badass doesn't need to make such claims. The badassery speaks for itself.
Side note: haven't read the whole thread so this may have already been noted. Is it just me, or does Little Jay resemble Budnick from Salute Your Shorts?

It's super frustrating isn't it. I think you have to be sitting/lying down when you donate anyway because they take a pint. It might be different in the US though.

The thing that gets me, apart from the fact that he didn't even have blood drawn as he fainted after the finger prick test, is that he hasn't been back to try again. I imagine they do a drive every year. Bravery is being afraid and facing your fears anyway so he could have displayed his 'heroism' easily. But no, he tried once... kind of... AT LEAST HE TRIED!!!
 
I can't get a finger stick, let alone a piercing or a small blood sample drawn standing. That's how strong the nerve response is. But, if I wasn't on the meds I'd still give blood.
But I digress. Little Budnick...sorry, Jay, just looks a fool thanks to his macho posturing that gives way to cowardice.

But the fact that you still get your bloods done and would donate off meds makes you a million times more of a hero than TGK. Super brave. :heart-full:
 
Thanks! GK is a REMF in military jargon. Stands for Rear Echelon and we all know what the last two letters stand for. Or, as applied to pro-war advocates who won't fight due to cowardice, a Chickenhawk.
 
I wanted to donate my bone marrow but doctor said I can't do it due to being on anti depressants. I have a phobia of needles and having blood tests gives me anxiety, I cannot look at the needle in my arm and I also close my eyes if I see someone else having a blood test. This is I can't donate blood.

My coping strategy is put a coat over a head and look on the iPod or iPad. I had a relative to squeeze the hand for support last time but will bring a stress ball for the next one.
 
Question- What's the deal with Dot and Berry? I'm either totally blanking on it or don't know period. It seems to be a current hot topic and I'd like to get caught up.
 
I'm not sure about what Berry is, but Dot is apparently a cardboard... something or other that Jay had as a kid that his brother allegedly broke. This was all the incentive Jay needed to make his own brother the main antagonist of his comic book. Like normal, well-adjusted individual.
