I just watched the new Evil Dead. Holy shit, is it gory. They made sure to make the character's pain look like it really fucking hurt.
I don't think it was as good as the original movies, but it was still good.
Also, I'm a little confused about the after the credits scene with Ash. I read somewhere that it showed an S-Mart van drive next to Mia as she's walking on the road, Ash asks her if she needs a lift (or something along those lines), Mia transforms into Evil Mia, then Ash says "groovy." The actual scene was just Ash in a really dark room, with only a bit of light on his face, saying "groovy," then dramatically turning toward the camera.

I'm in a really good mood right now. RPed for the first real time today (unless you count D&D as RPing). It was magical. I've really been missing out. It really made me miss writing. I want to do it more often now.

Even with that aside, today was just awesome even if I hardly moved a muscle. I got to talk to my best friend all day, and it made me feel so... man, I don't know how to put it but I haven't felt this way in years. I just feel blessed to have such an awesome friend. ♥

I'm not even that big of a Star Wars fan, but this still makes me angry.

I am a Star Wars fan and that makes me angry. There's absolutely no respect for the original actor, Sebastian Shaw. The man died Lucas, how about you don't stick Hayden Christensen's head on his body?

I'm a casual fan of Star Wars and the revisionism irks me, too. It's a shame Lucas thought he could make the movie "better" by doing these random touch ups. Fortunately my copy of "Return of the Jedi" is an old VHS with the original actor.

Missed D&D day to help my dad fix a sink. Had to replace the faucet. The smell was unbearable and my hands are sore as hell, but hey, I got something done. Might have to do this next saturday unless my dad decides to fix the other faucet on Sunday. Might go out for lunch, might have steak for dinner, might just get cash for the help. Don't know what's going to happen, but I desperately need a shower.

On the bright side, I heard one of my favorite songs on the radio on the way to Home Depot.

Just moved into my college dorm. Weird feeling, being 8 hours away from my family.

I got back from camp yesterday.

Someone brought pancake cupcakes with maple frosting and bacon bits on top. I wasn't feeling well yesterday and my parents think it may have been the bacon because the cupcakes were outside the entire week.

I did a thing in Source Filmmaker.
It sucks, but it's something.

A Snapple cap just informed me I can save up to 5 gallons of water by turning the faucet off when brushing my teeth. What I really learned is that some savages leave the faucet on when they brush their teeth. Honestly, who the hell does that? It's just instinct to turn the freaking thing off when brushing for me. I figured it was the same deal with everyone else.

So yeah, I've been unconsciously saving 5 gallons of water since I was like, 3.

I keep it on, but I don't live in a drought area or anything like that.

My husband leaves the water running to get it warm so his sensitive teeth won't hurt when he rinses his mouth out. I have sensitive teeth, and I always turn the water off. Chilly water, pfft. I'm tough. :hulkster:

Hell, yeah! I'm gonna collect four more of these to buy me a bowl of Pastamania! Get 100 and you get a bandana that's been worn by Hulk Hogan himself! :heart-full:
