Skelefurb is clearly a disciple of Longfurb. In his tiny skeletal feet, he carries promises of better days to come.
 
The original handfurb has developed a small but dedicated following amongst my circle of crafty friends, lol.

I find this pretty damn wonderful.
Waiting on some socks to arrive before I can get back to work!

My sister had one that malfunctioned after my cousin accidentally hit it with one of those little wooden bats they give out at ball parks. It was moving its eyes and ears constantly and making that buzzing sound. Hilarious malfunctions like that are probably the only thing they're good for.

I remember Tiger making an interactive Gizmo doll that was able to talk to Furbies. Must have been some kind of compromise as a result of that lawsuit.

Only if it were Functional would I buy it.
I still miss mine that died. I tried to repair it by putting in new batteries and resetting it, and then it let out a hellish screech that made me scream like a small child. I can deal with freaks, I can deal with commies and drugaddled zombies, but possessed beloved toys is too far.

That reminds me of this particular Tumblrite artist, an Orthodox Christian shizophrenic literally tormented by hellish demons and he deals with it by creating depictions of his tormentors. It's fucking insane shit, I really really don't want to save any of it to my Hard Drive, Gore and fucked up screencaps are one thing, this... It could be doable, if you have a sturdy enough skeleton to support the robotics. The only problem then would be getting at the battery compartment eventually.

Some people attach the skeleton to the bottom of the furby itself, so I assume there may be a few out there that are fully functional.
