Sorry, I was going to include it in the post but I second guessed and figured most people on the farms would know, as many troons as we have. My apologies. But yes, it's essentially as GayDemiboy says. They believe you need dysphoria to be transgender, as the name implies they believe being transgender is a medical condition, that medical science justifies the existence of trans people. Tucutes despise them because they spread scientific papers that spit in the face of tucute rhetoric. "Truscum" is usually used to refer to transgendered transmedicalists, because they're seen as traitors.
I can only assume the reason the community is infected with tucute trenders is because it is about a children's toy. I notice they're mostly in that age range where they're just now starting to be expected to act a certain way, to become a "respectable young lady/man", and almost all of them claim to be "age regressors". Rejecting growing up for them would mean rejecting these roles. They believe roles are equivalent to gender, so they must be some other gender, even though they have no actual symptoms of being transgender. /speculation
