I remember reading some book which said that all dwemer tech stops working when it is moved far enough from Vvardenfell. Has anyone read this, or am I imagining things? It was probably a book from TES3, but I might be wrong.

Amongst all the fuckery of original lore this one I am ok with - dwemer ruins are cool. Fuck those blind beetle-lovin' niggers, though.

Yes is a book about the empire taking a dwarven spider out of Vvanderfell and at some point it stops working then they give the order to return and it works again, it seem to only affect the robots though.

Poison Song has been pretty fun, just before i installed it i had a good run with a breton knight that ended up getting the ebony blade (the last couple quests of the fighters guild questline also gives you a useful +5 Attack, 10 fatigue 2str necklace) but this time i went with old reliable Nord battlemage because battlemage had the right stat distribution to rank up with House Indoril, i also got the newer versions of Cyrodil and Skyrim so ill have some fun with those 2 also, Cyrodil was also pretty good.

It's not just that. They want modders to make creation club paid mods instead. Although I'm sure the modders embarrassing the hell out of them didn't help.

The way I understand it, one of the modders found out that the reason Starfield is so fucking empty is at the last minute they cut all NPC and location spawns by 80% because the cheaper Xbox at the time couldn't handle the game without slowdown. That's why there's only like 2-3 dungeons any time you go anywhere, why there's only like 3 guys in each dungeon, and why they don't travel between rooms.

You get shitty games becuase Microsoft's cheap console can't handle good ones.
 
I feel kind of bad for Astrid. She's an unrepentant killer who stabs you in the back, so my sympathy is limited, but she's in an impossible situation at the start of the quest. The Night Mother's crypt has been ransacked, and she isn't talking to anyone. Astrid has the choice of disbanding the sanctuary, hunkering down and awaiting the inevitable like Cicero was doing or start pretending to heed the Black Sacrament and get bitched at by traditionalists like Cicero and Festus. It's only because of her "corrupting" the Brotherhood that there even is an operational sanctuary left..

Her paranoia isn't even unfounded. Cicero is trying to turn the sanctuary against her.

I'm just saying if the Dread Father didn't want Listener vs. Keeper he should have made sure his cum sock was actually talking to people.

get off the farms Arnbjorn, astrid was a shit leader thinking she knew better than sithis and paid the proper price for it.
she did everything in her power to pervert the northern dark brotherhood like a foid does to keep her place in the totem pole, sithis reminded her it's his way or you get fucked, similar to the thieves guild getting turbofucked as a lesson from nocturnal to stop being fags.
