Gavin was never that bad, hes pretty much the only guy on the right in media who had any passion or dedication. He had PPP levels of entertainer inside him and his ideas were always pretty well thought out. Even hos explainion for Proud boys makes sense, a frat without the college or costs, basically a midnight basketball for middle class men to prevent them from going into sjws/ethnonationalism territory.

Plus he clearly has as much ego as PPP instead of Dick. And that helps show hes not a piece of shit either. Even hipster fashion, just being able to come up with all these rules requires brains that Dick clearly doesnt have.

Its too bad he didnt realize the games rigged aganist him and now his output is near ralph levels of dedicated, but losing all your friends and money and marriage does that to people.

Thats post-proudboys gavin. Once the fbi started fucking with him he really let the drinking get to him. Also that bad meaning being an asshole who cares about no one but himself. Look at his ugly wife, he married her and started a family because no one else would have. Also like i said, Gavin didnt care about humiliating himself if it meant entertaining others like PPP does. Dick wont even allow people to joke about texts and Gavin is sleeping in studio for bits.

No, he was like that throughout the entire Compound run. The Pride Boys arc did ramp it up, though. The only time you could say Gavin was relatively balanced was on that free speech tv or whatever he did in black and white

I would say it's a mix. I was watching the gavin show from when it first started and it seemed to go through phases. Ones where gavin is relatively clean and doesn't talk about doing drugs and booze, than when he talks about doing lots of coke or another drug, then a phase where he talks about getting shitfaced on booze all the time,like any lolcow the cycles sped up as time went on. Funnily enough gavin also has an affinity for makers mark, what do they put in it that makes people go so crazy ; we will never know.
