There is no point in even discussing an escrow if Ralph is unwilling to entertain arrangements that are within the original spirit of the challenge. Including one that you presented to him. If he's going to pull a Tonka and constrain his demands further and further with each passing mention of the fight then it is not worth taking his participation seriously.
