My assessment is probably wrong but that is how i felt about him. Glad i generally ignored him if what you say is correct.
 
I would note that the problem with Dick suing over people leaving NP2 is that

NP2 has no revenue. Thats the entire point of NP2. He only takes operating costs, he doesn't make a profit, and he almost couldn't given how little he's pulling off.

I still find Warski entertaining and likable (not exactly a defensible position, I know,) so I would be pleasantly surprised to see him wake up to Ralph's true nature. Would be a good start towards getting more people to see that Ralph's going down the wrong path.
