While I agree with you it's illegal in some sense, I think that if Dick has any common sense left he will not sue and will try instead to engage effective damage control, i.e. play it all as a conspiratard/paranoid joke.

Imagine the drama that suing a British trust fund baby that LARPs as an enlightened nobleman will cause, Dick's career would take a massive hit.
