Chat replay is working for me. I've seen this occur on other PPP videos where it says chat is disabled right after upload and then works a few minutes later and I don't know if that is PPP doing it or just a weird thing on Youtube's end.
I wouldn't discount that, all I remember is when Krautgate happened he almost immediately jumped ship and became a Tonka orbiter. If he's been a longtime critic of Ralph and hasn't jumped ship that's somewhat respectable, but he still exhibits trendhopping tendencies.
