They're typically used for older homes that don't have central A/C or for rooms that are warmer than others.

They still don't cool the room that much and drive your power bill up, but I don't think PPP pays for his own utilities.

The email PPP claims is from PayPal has the Subject:

"Re: Reminder: [Latest Update] [Statements Update] [Statement Appointment] Erfolgreiche Anmelo(illegible) Explorer: Tuesday, May 12, 2020 [Statement: VFKXNLOL - [FWD]

It's also addressed to "Customer" when PayPal (in my experience) uses the first name attached to your account.

This is a bad fake.
