Hey I know that Chris you know did that Cole throwing money to a fireplace and not giving it to him and Barb thing one time...

But is Cole actually well off financially?

I think I read somewhere that he lives with his rich successful wife in New York in a penthouse or something but I wasn't sure.

I mean he just has his band and movie reviews right? It's his wife that makes the most money but I don't know does Cole really have money to burn?
It's in the thread somewhere but I'm too lazy to look. Iirc he lives in a cheap brownstone on like "Carnegie Avenue" or something, which translated through Chris/Barb as him living "in Carnegie Hall."

I was hoping he would be the Chandler dynasty's token sane person, but nope, being s self-centered narcissist is a genetic trait for them.
Well, he did give Toy Story 3 a bad review...

ngl, I only really liked the first one. Fourth was okay.

But I will say I like the speech that buzz makes in the second one and Lotso is the first animated villain since Cell and Hopper that scared me as a kid.

I still can't believe that Chris never brings up Disney or anything. You would think in his vast store of autism he'd be some kind of Disney adult nerd.

But he seems to have that prevalent opposition for Disney that so many Gen X have.

I wonder if you offered him enough money would he hide a camera in his fedora and make visits to "reconnect" with his little brother?

"Operation: Undercover Brother Smithey" GiveSendGo?
No, I think the only time Cole spoke of Chris "publicly " is to a friend about Chris being neglected by Borb after someone emailed them.

So... In the fourth person Cole talked about Chris.

I don't think Cole will visit under any circumstances.

He's one of those live and let die people.

They were never really connected like that. Cole ran off to California when Chris was a little baby.

First, Cole doesn't need the money and second I guess he'd like to forget he comes from a dumb yahoo redneck family so I doubt there's enough money in the world to make him want to have any contact with Chris.
I have no doubt people would pay for the pleasure of making Cole dredge up painful memories with Barb.

To which I shall relay my favorite movie quote, "Get used to disappointment."

Seems that Chris has finally learned this (with people helping him of course).

Have there been any updates on Cole Smithey since the previous decade? As in did he hear about Chris putting his duck in Barb and say something about it?

He definitely heard about it, but never said anything about it. Someone on Twitter replied to what was his last post at the time (a video of him playing the guitar) with a remark along the lines of "yo, your sister is piping your mother" and he deleted the tweet.

Yeah I specifically remember cringing over that. In retrospect it was the earliest remark that I remember from the 'tards who wanted to respect his preferred pronouns.

Okay so Cole is fully aware of what Chris did.

Just like his aunt and uncle and possibly other extended family know.

It says a lot about Chris that no family is willing to come forth and have anything to do with his infamy. I mean you would think someone in the Chandler family would want their say but there's no one.
